With each room focused on materials blending cohesively, the rooms holid unity in the home‘s interior. A curved centre peice in the Kitchen encourages the space to feel like a room with customised bespoke built in furniture rather than your every day kitchen. My clients main objective for the homes interior, forming a space where guests were able to interact with the host at times of entertaining. Unifying the kitchen, dining and living spaces will change the layout making the kitchen the focal point of entrace into the home.

This bathroom is found in the basement of the house. With low ceilings and no windows, the designer was able to add some life to this room through his design. The double vanity is perfect for him and hers. The shower includes a steam unit for a perfect spa retreat in your own home. The tile flowing over to the ceiling brings in the whole room. We converted a bedroom to create the new master bathroom. We added a custom vanity with makeup table, quartz counter tops, marble vessel sinks, a large glass shower, a wall mounted toilet, and a large tub. The blue gray wood textured floor tile continues up the wall behind the bathtub to highlight the lines of the tub. Five different styles of tile and faux painted cedar trim were mixed to create a subtle yet sophisticated look.

The added master bathroom features subway herringbone matte black tiles on floors and shampoo niche, white subway tiles on walls and floating bench (all from Spazio LA Tile Gallery), vaulted ceilings, a freestanding tub and Signature Hardware vanity.

This stunning kitchen went through a rough process to get this present state. Located in an older home, this kitchen had a lot of its original hardware and cabinets. A wall was demoed to open the space to the living area giving the kitchen more room to expand from its previous Galley kitchen style. Oakcraft cabinets make this kitchen glimmer and shine with Richelieu pulls. The Yellow River Granite countertop adds the sparkle with a backsplash of tile from Arizona Tile.

The kids Jack and Jill bath received a full makeover with knotty alder vanities, a Dekton counter top and antique pewter finishes on the plumbing fixtures. The pebble tile left with a natural edge gives this bathroom a cool rustic feel to it. The bath/shower combo is clean and easy to maintain with a striped pattern of flat and wavy tile. The guest bath received a partial black and white update. The shower was in great shape so we chose to keep it and switch the fixtures to matte black. The floor received a patterned tile and a new white vanity cleaned up the space. A matte black metal framed mirror and shelving unit complete the look.

Transforming this small bathroom into a wheelchair accessible retreat was no easy task. Incorporating unattractive grab bars and making them look seamless was the goal. A floating vanity / countertop allows for roll up accessibility and the live edge of the granite countertops make if feel luxurious. Double sinks for his and hers sides plus medicine cabinet storage helped for this minimal feel of neutrals and breathability. The barn door opens for wheelchair movement but can be closed for the perfect amount of privacy.
