Unique designer ceiling speakers used for background audio as well as for large conferences or small trainings in a multimedia system design. A follow-me camera is available for trainings, conferences, and/or town-hall meetings. Self-promoting or visitor-inviting digital signage as well as video conferencing is available at the touch or swipe of a finger. We worked closely with Workscape in this space as you can see the TV is not yet completed in the wall but shows what great detail goes into the workings.

Living Room. This was a renovation of a 1971 home in Austin. For our part we wired the entire house with new Cat 6 network cable, new cable tv jacks, 29 speakers and 5 security cameras locations.

Built in 1969 with only one previous owner, this quaint Cape house needed a full renovation. We took the opportunity to wire for both the client’s current and future needs. Ultra-high bandwidth cabling throughout the house allows for the next internet speed bump over 1 gigabit. The owners are self-described “recovering audiophiles,” so the speaker and equipment selection required a high-end solution to achieve this sound quality throughout 18 zones of indoor and outdoor audio. In addition, a lighting control system with close to 40 keypad locations strategically placed throughout the house was designed to let them control multiple lights from anywhere in the house, as well as to automate routine lighting scenes. In the family room, a surround sound setup complemented a 77-inch OLED TV wrapped in a custom black walnut frame to conceal the TV. Several custom programmed iPads are located in rooms with TVs, as well as a master control in the kitchen. Lastly, smart thermostats, video doorbells, smart door locks, 11 high-resolution cameras, and a smart water leak protection system allow the owners to monitor the house whether they are home or away. This home was completely automated by Control 4. Client was able to control multiple TVs, lights, and areas of audio all from phone, tablet, and/or handheld remote. The Theater room was able to stream several different video sources at once. TV's in the Master Bedroom and Living space were on a motorized mount that would slide down when client was ready for use and vanish into the ceiling when not in use. Clients cameras were also integrated into Control 4 allowing the customer to use 1 app to run the entire home.

This outdoor living area is complete with 5.1 digital surround sound, custom touchscreen remote control, security camera and brand new 4K Sony 75 inch TV. Every piece of electronic equipment has also been treated with state of the art nano particle technology by Domotics to ensure even in the elements, they will last for years to come.

The home is totally controlled via Crestron Automation and has (160) controlled lighting circuits, (13) discreet audio zones, (1) 7.1 Theater Surround Sound System, & (1) 5.1 General viewing Surround Sound System. It boasts integrated integrated security and camera system as well as HVAC control. The home can be controlled via mobile devices (i.e. iPad, Cell Phone) locally or remotely. The home has a robust wireless and wired network and a cell phone extender for excellent cellular reception.

This location includes structured wiring and boxes for both in-ceiling network access point and category cable for video distribution of security cameras for the property.

In this project not only did we install a whole home audio solution, home theater, outdoor entertainment, video distribution, security cameras, lighting, but also an RTI home automation solution that ties everything together giving our client full control of their whole home all from their smart tablets, in-wall panels, smart phones, and voice command.
