Digital creations is amazing! Jeremy is so creative - he completely transformed our playroom into a beautiful home theater. I cannot say enough about Jeremy - he is talented, knowledgeable, hard-working, prompt, dedicated, honest, an absolute pleasure to work with, and takes such pride in his work. He was so committed to the job that he came on his day off, as soon as the equipment was delivered, to install the projector and screen so that we could enjoy it for a family reunion. Even once the audio and visual was up and running, he followed up multiple times, recalibrating, as we made additions to the room. And he did so much more than AV - he helped us with all stages of the process, from helping us to select paint colors, to selecting theater seats, He made the whole project completely stress-free, by taking charge, coordinating with electricians to install proper lighting and a carpenter to build us a platform for the seating and to build us a kitchen. We had the best experience with Digital Creations - we love our home theater!

He is honest, hardworking, efficient and truly cares about making sure his clients are happy and, most importantly, that everything works (and continues to work)! He found ways to accomplish all of my goals and did it within a reasonable budget. He continues to field questions from me months after final payment, which speaks to his character and his desire to build long-term relationships with his clients. We had a great experience with Digital Creations. Jeremy set us up with wifi access points around the house which provide stellar internet coverage in every nook and cranny - even in the backyard. Tricked us out with security cameras & Sonos (even invisible ceiling speakers), too. Highly recommended!!

I found Jeremy by the impressive reviews written here on Houzz, and I am so glad I did! My wife and I recently bought and renovated our house. Given the scope of our renovation, it was important for us to have top-notch modern networking, Sonos integration, and televisions mounted throughout the home. We also wanted to “future proof” the house as much as we could. From my initial conversation with him, I could tell Jeremy was organized, thoughtful, and would take a consultative approach to our project. Before we even contracted with him, Jeremy reviewed our architect's blueprints and suggested several areas of the home that could benefit from wireless access points, ceiling speakers, and in-wall recessed Low-Voltage boxes that could house AV components to ensure a clean, crisp look to television installs that so many homeowners crave. He worked on a networking plan for our house that allowed seamless, uninterrupted Wi-Fi coverage across several floors (and the backyard), created a networking rack to tie it all together, and worked with our Internet Service Provider to make sure everything worked from our first day in the house. And perhaps most importantly, he partnered seamlessly with our general contractor and electrician to make sure all parties were aligned on the project. While we received other outrageous bids for our work, Jeremy was always fair with his pricing and willing to work with us on a solution that was tailored to our home and budget. And unlike the other bids we got, he never tried to up-sell us or have us buy overpriced devices we simply didn’t need. Additionally, Jeremy was always willing to answer any questions we had, and he always showed up when he said he would. He’s just an all-around great, positive, and upbeat professional. Given the other stellar Houzz reviews that I based my decision on, I know I’m not alone in my opinion on Jeremy/Digital Creations. I wouldn’t hesitate for one second to recommend them. In my opinion, Jeremy is hands down world-class, and absolutely THE BEST AV/home theater/networking contractor based out of Westchester County. Unfortunately I think the secret is out on how great he is, so run (don’t walk!) to seek out his service!

After hiring Jeremy to come up with an AV design for a dilapidated room in our new house, we hired a general contractor and electrician to gut the room. While we gutted the walls and ceiling and floor, Jeremy and our electrician installed their respective wiring and blocking for the in wall speakers and projector. After the new drywall, ceiling, and floors were installed and finished, he came back to install the components and calibrate. He also will be coming back to recalibrate once all of our furniture is put in the room Jeremy was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing what we wanted. He was easy to get a hold of when questions arose and easy to work with when I wanted to change the designs. He kept in contact with the contractor throughout and was proactive to figure out the time frame for the project. The detail provided from the design was very helpful in showing all of the information about placement of components, specs of components, and even pricing. The final product is as beautiful as I hoped. I would definitely recommend.

We hired Digital Creations to install two rooms of video and audio media. Jeremy did a great job organizing, installing and calibrating all the components. He was very responsive before the work, showed up on time, communicated throughout the process and was very respectful of the interior of our home. Even work boot covers and brought a small vacuum. Jeremy with Digital Creations did an awesome job installing our home theater system. We are extremely pleased with the TV wall mount, in-ceiling speakers, and component set-up he did for us and it sounds amazing!!. He was prompt from the initial consultation to the estimate and installation date. There was no pressure and he gave us multiple options to fit our budget.
