The reconfiguration of the master bathroom opened up the space by pairing a platform shower with a freestanding tub. The open shower, wall-hung vanity, and wall-hung water closet create continuous flooring and an expansive feeling. The result is a welcoming space with a calming aesthetic.

The master bath seen here is compact in its footprint - again drawing from the local boat building traditions. Tongue and groove fir walls conceal hidden compartments and feel tailored yet simple. The hanging wall cabinet allow for a more open feeling as well. The shower is given a large amount of the floor area of the room. A curb-less configuration with two shower heads and a continuous shelf. The shower utilizes polished finishes on the walls and a sandblasted finish on the floor. This stunning dining room features 3 crystal chandeliers at varying heights over the dining table; antique mirror feature wall with sconces and wallpaper inset; curving dry bar built in with mirrored glass backsplash.

This contemporary wall hung vanity was custom made for the project from walnut veneers and solids. It features beveled edge door and drawer fronts, with no hardware to interrupt the clean lines and beautiful walnut grain. Adjoining the living space, the lounge area showcases a wall of mirrors made with gilt frames found by the owner in the attic of his previous home. A black iron-and-crystal chandelier hangs above a pair of Nancy Corzine chaises in silk velvet. An accent wall in Coral Red arrowroot grasscloth by Phillip Jeffires picks up the hue the red lacquered Chinese chest. Living room - transitional living room idea

Navy blue grass cloth and navy painted blue trim wraps the master bedroom. A crystal chain chandelier is a dramatic focal point. The tufted upholstered headboard and black stained wood with blackened stainless steel frame was custom made for the space. Navy diamond quilted bedding and light gray sheeting top the bed. Greek key accented bedside chests are topped with large selenite table lamps. A bright nickel sunburst mirror tops the bed. Abstract watery fabric drapery panels accent the windows and patio doors. An original piece of artwork highlighted with a picture light hangs above a small brass bench dressed in the drapery fabric.
