This cooks' kitchen includes back-to-back cutting boards--one savory and one baking--two pop-up appliance trays in cabinets, one for the Cuisinart and one for the mixer, an open air basket drawer for root vegetables. Specialty cabinets include a warming drawer, pull-out oil pantry near the cooktop, baking center, tray pantry, teapot collection display, and recycling center. Custom cabinetry by Trumblewood in Berkeley was designed to mimic antique red lacquer tansu furniture. Upper cabinets and refrigerator panels were fashioned from cherry wood harvested from the Aldo Leopold forest preserve in Wisconsin. The biomorphic custom hood was inspired by the Guggenheim Bilbao. Roja marble mosaic tile spans from the countertop to ceiling. Verde Fire granite countertops and sink apron and custom light fixture add to the personalized details.

Kitchen remodeling project where the homeowners wanted to give their kitchen a more updated look. They went with WalzCraft’s Beveled shaker with solid reversed center panel door in rustic cherry and a nutmeg stain. We then converted two base cabinets to 3-drawer stacks, converted existing base cabinet into a full-extension soft-close recycle center and added six rollouts to various base cabinets. We then built down wall cabinets to allow for light molding. The cabinets have a finger route added to all doors and drawers. Next we added two custom bookcases with one-inch solid cherry shelves and converted peninsula wall cabinet doors to framed doors with a delta frost glass insert. To complete the new look we added glass shelving to allow lighting to fully illuminate these cabinets.

Contemporary Show Stopper!
This contemporary unit is designed for a 65” TV and a super long slim fireplace with glass pebbles. Every shelf is lit to show off all your trinkets! Beautiful and simple is what sets it totally apart from all the rest. Romantic is what comes to mind.

A desire for a more modern and zen-like environment in a historical, turn of the century stone and stucco house was the drive and challenge for this sophisticated Siemasko + Verbridge Interiors project. Along with a fresh color palette, new furniture is woven with antiques, books, and artwork to enliven the space. Carefully selected finishes enhance the openness of the glass pool structure, without competing with the grand ocean views. Thoughtfully designed cabinetry and family friendly furnishings, including a kitchenette, billiard area, and home theater, were designed for both kids and adults.

This built-in entertainment center is a perfect focal point for any family room. With bookshelves, storage and a perfect fit for your TV, there is nothing else you need besides some family photos to complete the look.

This warm, yet modern kitchen combines natural materials, walnut, quartz, marble with high gloss lacquer cabinets to create a unique and inviting space. This condo kitchen used to be enclosed with very low ceilings. We opened up the walls to create a bright and open space. We were able to conceal the pipes and cables within the vertical cabinets so that the risers could continue to the floor above. The pendant lights are made from iron. The garbage pull-out centre has recycling, garbage and compost compartments.
