A 6' soffit provides for a covered entry experience for our clients guests. The ceiling is covered in select grade cypress, as well as, the rain screen. The concrete patio is stained and surrounds the pool on three sides. A splash of color is provided with the yellow front door. The stairwell is shaded by 2x4 cypress rainscreen as well. In an effort to accommodate family time, as well as provide a highly functional, world-class kitchen we designed an integrated family room and kitchen with enough space for a sizeable breakfast table, a large island with stool seating, and a significant amount of storage and counter space. Special touches included a painted tongue and groove ceiling, O’Brien Harris hand painted cabinetry with pewter hood, walnut countertop inset and quartzite countertops. These clients loved they're new house but the boring builder kitchen was not want the wanted. The entire kitchen was redesigned and the new layout is much more functional. Extending the island down the center and removing the L shaped one previously there, opened up the space tremendously. We extended the kitchen across the entire back wall adding a bench with storage and wine rack. The beautiful blue pearl granite compliments the soft gray wash on the island as well as the ice white shaker cabinets. The clean marble hexagon backlash is uninterrupted thanks to hidden plug bars under the cabinets.
