This project was very special for us, as were were able to install this ourselves. It is not often we do a project locally so this was a big deal! We created this mural with new pieces we will be adding to our collections soon. Fairies, Birds, Fish, Leaves, and more!

Wet Dog Tile Co created this custom nautical kitchen backsplash using a medley of glass, stone, and handmade ceramic decorative pieces we call Friends. A few notable Friends in this backsplash are the whale, turtles, and sea otters. Each of our Friends are made and glazed by hand. Installations such as this are measured to fit your space ensuring a perfect fit of a one of a kind border or mural!

This enormous piece we did is not only beautiful during the day, it is at night as well! The recessed lights beneath the cabinets give off enough light to illuminate the stones, glass, and ceramic pieces we used to create this custom backsplash. Starfish, turtles, shells, flip flops, and more! The black granite countertops really make this mural pop! Our client paired this with a oyster shell green cabinet and Absolute Black granite countertops.

This collection of photos showcases a fun and funky project we did. This is wrapped around the entire kitchen - under cupboards, open shelves, and behind the sink. This is filled with all kinds of different ceramic pieces. Starfish, turtles, shells, mermaids, kelp, stone, glass, and more! We paired this with a white ceramic 4x4 tiled countertop, painted open shelving, white painted cabinets and a 12x24 french limestone floor.

To create a unique kitchen, we take inspiration from the personality of our clients; it’s a collaborative effort to develop the exact look and feel that best suits their lifestyles. The challenge of this kitchen was to re-build the existing kitchen and adjoining full bath, creating a much better flow with plenty of storage for this active family (as they often entertain seaside). The two-toned cabinetry in both white and laguna blue reflected a true beach-feel adorned with a terrific choice of starfish and shell shaped hardware to draw attention to this creative and beautifully transformed seaside kitchen. We remind our clients that in order to be unique, do something unique! And this is nicely demonstrated in both the layout, color scheme and backsplash design details. Our client selected several hand painted decorative ocean creatures for the backsplash, drawing from colors in the room, and this created a truly unique conversation piece! A glint of sparkle from the white quartz countertops brings you closer to the beach in this impressive oceanfront home. From flooring to ceiling, we created a picture perfect beautiful beach house kitchen that is not only functional but provides a relaxed and inviting feel for these seaside owners.
