A home remodel allowed for a new hall bathroom including a window. Marble was used throughout on heated floors, shower walls and baseboard detail. Shades of blue unify the space including the strie wallpaper. The pull-out laundry hamper was an ask from the client to help keep dirty items off the bathroom floor.

A custom-made expansive two-story home providing views of the spacious kitchen, breakfast nook, dining, great room and outdoor amenities upon entry. Featuring 11,000 square feet of open area lavish living this residence does not disappoint with the attention to detail throughout. Elegant features embellish this home with the intricate woodworking and exposed wood beams, ceiling details, gorgeous stonework, European Oak flooring throughout, and unique lighting. This residence offers seven bedrooms including a mother-in-law suite, nine bathrooms, a bonus room, his and her offices, wet bar adjacent to dining area, wine room, laundry room featuring a dog wash area and a game room located above one of the two garages. This stunning kitchen is a masterclass in modern elegance and functionality. At the heart of the space is a bold navy blue island, topped with a crisp white quartz countertop, offering generous seating for six with stylish wood and upholstered bar stools. Above the island, three oversized white and brass pendant lights provide both illumination and a sophisticated design statement. The kitchen's perimeter features classic white shaker cabinetry, creating a bright and airy atmosphere, while brass hardware adds a touch of warmth and refinement. The integrated refrigerator and sleek, paneled appliances maintain a streamlined look. A beautiful herringbone tile backsplash adds subtle texture and detail behind the range, which is accented by a dark wood hood for a bit of contrast. A brushed brass faucet serves as a jewelry-like focal point against the clean surfaces, while carefully curated accessories — including a large navy ceramic vase with fresh greenery, a tray of lemons, and a lit candle — add life and warmth to the space. This kitchen is as beautiful as it is practical, perfectly designed for entertaining and everyday living.

This wet bar and living room fireplace/media cabinet are viewed together from several angles, so they compliment each other via unified materials. The stone is called rain forest green and the cabinets are made from a strandwoven wood material. The entry, kitchen and hallways all have a ceramic faux bois plank floor to help mitigate wear and tear from dogs, kids, guests and the like. This is a 5000+ sf vacation home that sits up on a hill with stunning views of Carmel Valley. The goal was to remodel the home with the intention of harnessing the beauty of its natural setting, while creating a tranquil place of respite and refuge. As the client has kids, large show dogs, and family/friends enjoying the space, it was important to use finishes that could sustain multiple end users. In lieu of hardwood floors, I specified a ceramic faux bois tile for high traffic areas that looks like hardwood but is virtually indestructible. With warm finishes and sculptural forms, the newly designed home is now dynamic, earthy and inviting.

This East Coast shingle style traditional home encapsulates many design details and state-of-the-art technology. Mingle's custom designed cabinetry is on display throughout Stonewood’s 2018 Artisan Tour home. In addition to the kitchen and baths, our beautiful built-in cabinetry enhances the master bedroom, library, office, and even the porch. The Studio M Interiors team worked closely with the client to design, furnish and accessorize spaces inspired by east coast charm. The clean, traditional white kitchen features Dura Supreme inset cabinetry with a variety of storage drawer and cabinet accessories including fully integrated refrigerator and freezer and dishwasher doors and wine refrigerator. The scullery is right off the kitchen featuring inset glass door cabinetry and stacked appliances. The master suite displays a beautiful custom wall entertainment center and the master bath features two custom matching vanities and a freestanding bathtub and walk-in steam shower. The main level laundry room has an abundance of cabinetry for storage space and two custom drying nooks as well. The outdoor space off the main level highlights NatureKast outdoor cabinetry and is the perfect gathering space to entertain and take in the outstanding views of Lake Minnetonka. The upstairs showcases two stunning ½ bath vanities, a double his/hers office, and an exquisite library. The lower level features a bar area, two ½ baths, in home movie theatre with custom seating, a reading nook with surrounding bookshelves, and custom wine cellar. Our clients had significant damage to their finished basement from a city sewer line break at the street. Once mitigation and sanitation were complete, we worked with our clients to maximized the space by relocating the powder room and wet bar cabinetry and opening up the main living area. The basement now functions as a much wished for exercise area and hang out lounge. The wood shelves, concrete floors and barn door give the basement a modern feel. We are proud to continue to give this client a great renovation experience.
