Whole-house remodel of a hillside home in Seattle. The historically-significant ballroom was repurposed as a family/music room, and the once-small kitchen and adjacent spaces were combined to create an open area for cooking and gathering. A compact master bath was reconfigured to maximize the use of space, and a new main floor powder room provides knee space for accessibility. This white waterfall countertop edge adds to the modern feel of this island design! Carrying the quartz up the sink and stove wall allowed for the perfect backdrop for the brass and wood open shelving.

Looking into the U shape kitchen area, with tiled back wall, butternut floating shelves and brass library lamps. The base cabinets are BM Midnight, the wall cabinet BM Simply White. The countertop is honed Imperial Danby marble.

This fun classic kitchen in Gold River features Columbia frameless cabinets in Sandy Hook grey. A green glass backsplash in a random matte and polished pattern complements the cabinets which are faced with both painted wood and frosted glass. The Silestone countertops in the Lyra finish have an ogee bullnose edge. The floors are finished in a rich brown porcelain tile of varying sizes that are made to resemble distressed wood. This modern farmhouse kitchen remodel in Leucadia features a combination of gray lower cabinets and white uppers with brass hardware and pendant lights. White oak floating shelves and leather counter stools add warmth and texture to the space. We used matte black fixtures to compliment the windows and tied them in with the wall sconces.
