This Bathroom was designed by Lynne in our Salem showroom. This bathroom was designed to make it handicap accessible for the homeowners. This remodel includes glass mosaic shower tile with octagon matte white with grey dot tile floor. It also includes white subway, white chair rail and Anatolia element border around edge. Other features in this remodel include Kohler Pedistal sink, and faucet, Moen shower faucet, Jaclo linear drain and Ferguson Moen shower seat.

Our client requested a design that reflected their need to renovate their dated bathroom into a transitional floor plan that would provide accessibility and function. The new shower design consists of a pony wall with a glass enclosure that has beautiful details of brushed nickel square glass clamps. The interior shower fittings entail geometric lines that lend a contemporary finish. A curbless shower and linear drain added an extra dimension of accessibility to the plan. In addition, a balance bar above the accessory niche was affixed to the wall for extra stability. The shower area also includes a folding teak wood bench seat that also adds to the comfort of the bathroom as well as to the accessibility factors. Improved lighting was created with LED Damp-location rated recessed lighting. LED sconces were also used to flank the Robern medicine cabinet which created realistic and flattering light. This lovely River North remodel features many new and bright things. The floors are Anima Statuario porcelain tile that includes a lovely swirl of black. Blue-green cabinets hide a surprise kitty litter box inside. On top of the cabinets sits under-mount sinks with brass widespread lavatory faucets. The shower features a sit-down bench and lovely in the wall shelf. A handheld showerhead is accompanied by a wall-mounted one as well as a three jet shower system.

The Master Bathroom was able to have a larger shower area by removing the original massive jacuzzi tub and utilizing wasted space in the closet area. This gracious property in the award-winning Blaine school district - and just off the Southport Corridor - marries an old world European design sensibility with contemporary technologies and unique artisan details. With more than 5,200 square feet, the home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms on the second floor, including a luxurious master suite with a private terrace. The house also boasts a distinct foyer; formal living and dining rooms designed in an open-plan concept; an expansive, eat-in, gourmet kitchen which is open to the first floor great room; lower-level family room; an attached, heated, 2-½ car garage with roof deck; a penthouse den and roof deck; and two additional rooms on the lower level which could be used as bedrooms, home offices or exercise rooms. The home, designed with an extra-wide floorplan, achieved through side yard relief, also has considerable, professionally-landscaped outdoor living spaces. This brick and limestone residence has been designed with family-functional experiences and classically proportioned spaces in mind. Highly-efficient environmental technologies have been integrated into the design and construction and the plan also takes into consideration the incorporation of all types of advanced communications systems. These homeowners approached Renovisions to remodel their master bath. With their kids off at college it was time to do something for themselves. They wanted an elegant upscale look with a spacious shower with glass enclosure, a high-end whirlpool bathtub and custom built in for towels. Their existing tub presented a safety issue when they opened & closed the windows which were located directly behind the tub. The new design includes a free standing tub/whirlpool with custom rounded and removable wood panels to access electrical and plumbing components. This allows a safe pass way around the tub as well as a more open feel. The adjacent shower boasts a generous space with an open style created by the use of 3/8” shower glass enclosure on 2 sides. Custom cubbies and corner seat were built into the Crema marfil marble tiles. 12″x24″ porcelain tiles were installed in a herringbone pattern providing a beautiful and unique appearance setting a neutral stage to showcase the burgundy cherry custom vanities with beaded detail and matching tower with Victorian glass. Crema Marfil marble countertops on the vanities and slab on tub featured ogee edges lending a real elegant feel to the room. The Piece de Resistance was the exquisite antique brass widespread faucets, hand held shower, shower head, matching antique brass accessories and cabinet hardware all decorated with Swarovski cut crystals.

KITCHEN Cabinets: The kitchen perimeter features Elmwood Full Access all wood cabinetry with the perimeter in Coventry 3" Rail 3/8" Panel door style, Paint Grade cabinets, and a finish of Dove White Matte paint. The island is a Malpensa 3" Rail Raised Panel door style, Maplewood, and a finish of Dove White Matte paint. Countertop: The 3cm countertops on the perimeter is a 2 cm Caesarstone Calacatta Nuvo, with the island in a 1-1/2” Teak Butcher Block. Backsplash: The main backsplash tile is a Renaissance Tile, 6x6 Mercer Bead Board, White finish, in straight lay. Above the range we have Renaissance Tile, PTMT-66XE 6x6, in a custom color. The border is a Renaissance tile PTDC-VDot rail. Fixtures and Fittings: From Blanco, we have 30” Cerana Fireclay apron front single bowl sink in White. From Newport Brass, a Chesterfield Kitchen Faucet with Side Spray 943 15S in Satin Nickel, Chesterfield Pot Filler- wall mount 9482 15S in Satin Nickel, and a Chesterfield Hot & Cold Water Dispenser 108 15S in Satin Nickel. MASTER BATH Cabinets: The cabinets feature Elmwood Full Access All Wood, Chamberlain door style, Paint Grade cabinets, with a finish of Dove White matte paint. Countertop: The 3cm countertops are a 2 cm Caesarstone Calacatta Nuvo. Tile: The bath and vanity area floor features Arizona Tile Manhattan Marble 12-1/4"x12-1/4" Polished Cordoba Pattern mesh in a straight lay. The walls feature Arizona Tile Manhattan Marble 12x12 Polished tile cut to 6 x12 tile in a brick lay pattern, and a Arizona Tile Manhattan Marble 2x12 ogee molding as chair rail.
