I had the cartridge stop working on my 15 year old Grohe Atrio. I went through two plumbers who struggled to get access to the cartridges and when they did could not loosen them. We do not have hard water and it is ridiculous that these high end(expensive) fixtures cannot be repaired after 15 years. Adding insult to the $1200-1300 I shelled out, Grohe US refused to take the cartridges back because the purchase was over 30 day ago. I recomend others do not buy Grohe products.

I hired Grohe for getting more knowledge on new superb product line Gorhe Red. Now when I installed in kitchen I`m very positively impressed.
