This sleek and modern kitchen designed by Curtis Lumber Co., Inc. features cabinets from Crystal Cabinet Works that the homeowners wanted to match the existing mahogany windows. The cabinets are from the Crystal Encore line, Springfield Door Style, Mahogany Wood with Natural Finish. Goals of this remodel included relocating the sink and dishwasher for better workflow, adding a pantry, pull-out storage solutions as well as a pullout trash/recycling center. When they couldn't decide on an Inlay they asked me to create something. I used Red Oak in a Herring Bone style with White Oak filling in the triangles. Simple & effective.

The table was handcrafted in Living Wood Design's Muskoka studio using salvaged and kiln dried Ontario Walnut, and the custom bases were also created locally. We hand-carved the butterfly joints for this stunning dining table. This family will enjoy gathering around this family heirloom for generations, building memories in their lakeside retreat.
