The master bath wows with a feature wall made of sandblasted marble pieces and lit from halogen lighting sunk in the floor. All new custom cabinetry with a quartz counter offer beautiful functionality and the vanity area which looks very up to-date with a nickle and Lucite stool. The very narrow LED light fixture on top of the mirror is only 1.5" wide and only 2 are needed side by side to run the entire length of the counter. Free standing Scandinavian bathtub under modern crystal chandelier. Teak stumps function both as additional seating and as small tables. A natural edge cowhide rug is a truly durable and water friendly option for the bathroom- not to mention the added sophistication it provides in the right environment. Located in one of the Ritz residential towers in Boston, the project was a complete renovation. The design and scope of work included the entire residence from marble flooring throughout, to movement of walls, new kitchen, bathrooms, all furnishings, lighting, closets, artwork and accessories. Smart home sound and wifi integration throughout including concealed electronic window treatments. The challenge for the final project design was multifaceted. First and foremost to maintain a light, sheer appearance in the main open areas, while having a considerable amount of seating for living, dining and entertaining purposes. All the while giving an inviting peaceful feel, and never interfering with the view which was of course the piece de resistance throughout. Bringing a unique, individual feeling to each of the private rooms to surprise and stimulate the eye while navigating through the residence was also a priority and great pleasure to work on, while incorporating small details within each room to bind the flow from area to area which would not be necessarily obvious to the eye, but palpable in our minds in a very suttle manner. The combination of luxurious textures throughout brought a third dimension into the environments, and one of the many aspects that made the project so exceptionally unique, and a true pleasure to have created. This dining room was transformed from drab chocolate brown walls to soft aqua and accented with crystal lamps and a stacked ball chandelier. The yellow and aqua medallion drapery fabric was the inspiration for the room's design.

2014 ASID Legacy of Design 2nd Place award Contemporary Space. This study was built with a tall ceiling, so we had molding placed around the walls two thirds of the way up and selected a textural grasscloth for the lower portion in order to draw the eye down from the ceiling. Warm shades of taupe for the remaining part of the walls and ceiling make the room cozy and intimate. Another layer of texture was added with the geometric hand crafted hair on hide rug, and we selected contemporary but inviting furniture with custom fabrics, and a soft throw pillow. Perhaps the highlight of the room, we chose to use bookcases upholstered in a gray velvet and enhanced with nickel nail head trim. Custom artwork was sourced especially for the room to enhance the color palette and draw out the golden yellow in the desk chair fabric. Marvin® windows and doors. The Beachaus project was originally designed to qualify for LEED Platinum status. The design goal of this highly contemporary home was to leave a small footprint and to be 100% lit by natural daylight. 12’ ceilings with wall to wall glass give the illusion of additional space, but made it a challenge when it came to solar heat gain. Integrity’s combination of glazing options and Ultrex pultruded fiberglass helped the home meet the rigorous requirements of LEED Platinum status.
