A beautiful Mamaroneck Tudor with its original tiny kitchen was badly in need of renovating. The homeowners shifted and enlarged the rear of the house to create a peaceful space with earthy toned charcoal grey Oak base cabinets and shiny back painted white wall cabinetry. Six integrated gas burners from Netherland's Pitt Cooking were fitted into the island, with Gaggenau’s tappenyaki grille for a efficient and beautiful integrated cooking and serving area. Pool parties and sports-watching are cherished activities for the family of this 1961 ranch home in San Jose’s Willow Glen neighborhood. As the design process evolved, the idea of the Ultimate Cocktail Bar emerged and developed into an integral component of the new bright kitchen.

Large butler's pantry approximately 8 ft wide. This space features a ton of storage from both recessed and glass panel cabinets. The cabinets have a lightwood finish and is accented very well with a blue tile backsplash.

Whimsical floral pattern tile backsplash pulls together the two-toned gray and white cabinetry. The gold faucet dresses up the white apron front sink and compliments the gold hardware on the cabinets. A handy outlet on the end of the peninsula is helpful for plugging in kitchen gadgets and equipment.

A bright dining room with lots of natural light in a mountain modern house in Asheville. The room has high windows with great panoramic views.The owners are geologists and have an extensive mineral collection. Creating display cabinets that are integrated into the rooms and highlight the beauty of the minerals was a priority. These minerals and their cabinetry became a driving factor in our design and decision making process and in many cases were a focal point of the architecture and interior design.

By taking over the former butler's pantry and relocating the rear entry, the new kitchen is a large, bright space with improved traffic flow and efficient work space.

This home office features wainscoting, chair rail, and crown by Banner's Cabinets. The display/storage unit has fluted and paneled pilasters, a soft eyebrow arch with frame bead at the open display sections, and a linear molding applied to the door frames of the doors in the center section. The upper paneled header and lower display section are separated by a piece of crown molding. The upper crown continues around the room, and the chair rail serves as a counter edge profile at the cabinets for a totally integrated look.
