I received some amazing customer service from this team. So impressed with their desire to ensure that my night stand made it all the way to Miami Florida. I was in need of this item that I could not secure elsewhere and they spent so much time locating this and then shipping it to me. Amazing service and I can only imagine how great their customers are treated that live in Green Bay.

I went shopping on a whim just to see if something caught my eye. Laura immediately greeted us and answered many questions my friend and I had. She steered me in the right direction and was extremely patient as I tried to pick a fabric for my soon to be new sectional. She kept in contact through texting and was always prompt with any questions. My sectional is ordered and it will be awhile before I get it, but it was all in all a great experience. I would highly recommend Laura helping out with any furniture needs. Wenz is a great place to shop. ❤️

We were starting to look for some living room furniture. We had an idea in mind what we were looking for. After looking at a couple different places, we decided to go to Wenz Furniture. (which was recommended to us by the clerk at the hotel we stayed at). Sarah greeted us and asked if we needed any help finding anything. We explained to her our thoughts and she helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Sarah was very kind, patient and knowledgeable in helping us with the purchase we had made. This was a very good experience from start to finish!

The staff at Wenz is incredible. Sarah, who helped us, listened, offered advice, and showed us many options. She was very knowledgeable about furniture and space orientation. She gave us time to make decisions, was budget conscious, and found extra savings at checkout. This was our best experience furniture shopping ever and we will be loyal customers forever! From out of state just in the area for work and had to buy a bed. The staff here was very friendly and helpful in getting me what I needed I would definitely recommend to anyone needing some furniture

Desiree helped me find the perfect furniture and design fabrics for my family room. She was very professional and let me make my own decisions after presenting me with many different options. She got back to me in timely fashion when I needed help to replace my defective ottoman and answered all questions I had. I have recommended her to all of my friends looking for furnishing for their homes. She was wonderful to work with. Absolutely 5 star service.

We were fortunate to find Desiree Nasto at Wenz Furniture to select our furniture for our living room and sunroom. Desiree was extremely thorough and provided great design recommendations/selections for us. We feel we purchased excellent quality at a very fair price. When the furniture manufacture changed their dye lot on our sofa selection Desiree stood by us and made it right. She took the furniture back and we selected a new color that now fits perfectly with our color scheme. The true strength of a company is demonstrated when there are unforeseen issues beyond their control that come up and they still ensure that their customer is happy. We are very satisfied with our entire experience from selection to delivery. Desiree made the process fun and easy for us. Our next furniture/accessories/mattress will be from Wenz!

The quality of the furniture is high and they work to help you find just the right pieces to personalize your space to make it come alive and feel like home. I have been dealing with Wenz furniture since I first moved out and bought my first couch. They have been the first and last place I go. Chris and the staff have gone above and beyond every time I have been in need of something to find the right piece of furniture to fit my needs. His delivery crew is second to none. The last couch was a challenge to get in, they did what was necessary to get the couch we really wanted into a cramped tight area. I have absolutely no problem recommending them and should be on the top of everybody's list of places to check when you are looking for new furniture.
