MORE THAN 5 STARS!!! I can't say enough good things about Aerial Design and Build! We interviewed 5 contractors and Aerial stood out immediately. In the interview process they came on time, paperwork in hand, had already researched our building policies, looked at our apartment plans on paper, and were very organized taking notes of our ideas. They submitted their bid in a timely manner and it was very thorough and easy to understand. They were upfront about how long it would take and what the process would be like. They completed the project in the timeline they originally submitted. Each person who entered our home to do work was considerate and professional. (I was sad to see them go when the project ended)! The communication and organization was outstanding! I have heard so many horrible stories of other contractors and I didn't have any issues with Aerial. I can't even tell you of one issue we had with Aerial. They are 100% worth it!
