My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Annette and her team, especially Christina Theodoropoulos, are truly amazing. Annette has a fantastic sense of style, deep knowledge, and an incredible ability to envision exactly what we were aiming for. Her team of tradespeople (who are second to none) completely transformed our dated 1980s kitchen, dining, and living room into a stunning and functional open-concept space. We can’t wait to start planning project #2!

I only have the most fantastic things to say about Annette, Kat, and the entire AJI team. We’ve been clients of Annette since 2016 across two homes, and she truly listens to every bit of input we provide, using her expertise and originality to create beautiful spaces. They’ve designed unique and dramatic rooms that have become focal points in our home, from our one-of-a-kind Lego room to our mudroom, each space has that special creative touch that perfectly suits our growing family. Working with Annette goes far beyond just furnishing our home. Both Annette and Kat make the process fun, manageable, and are incredibly accessible. My husband and I genuinely look forward to our visits to Annette’s office to discuss the latest projects. If you're looking for a great team with the most creative eye around, I cannot recommend them highly enough!
