We're in the process of building our dream home in Toronto. We hired Navid and his team to do the designs after falling in love with their property on Monarch Park. We couldn't be more pleased with the modern design that was so thoughtfully created with our family's needs in mind. He is very talented and able to more than we thought possible with the space we have available. Navid has advised us every step of the way through multiple issues with the city. I hired Bananarch Design Studio to design and build our new house in Rosesale. The couple in charge have shown a great amount of strength in dealing with zoning restrictions and construction challenges. Their knowledge is beyond their age and they have gone above and beyond to figure out the best ways to tackle every problem. Their designs have an element of play and every detail is individualized to our needs and taste. The teams charismatic enthusiasm has made this process fun and creative.

Mahsa and Navid have shown to go above and beyond our standards. They are always a step ahead in their work and know how to tackle all the issues whether city or construction related. No questions remain unanswered! They have an extensive knowledge of market values and area expectations and design houses that truly stand out. As a client who has built several houses within the GTA, I have gotten the best feedback from buyers on the houses designed by Bananarch. They truly understand the concept of interactivity and how a house would turn into a home!

We have had the pleasure of working with the Bananarch team on two different occasions, once for our new home in Lytton Park back in 2015 and now for our new cottage in Muskoka. Given the young age of the team, we were at first hesitant to hire them, but they quickly gained our trust and exceeded our expectations. The couple bring a lot of knowledge and creativity to the table which made our house and cottage very unique. They dedicated a lot of time and got to know us before initiating the design. The project management team was also very responsive and compassionate. Young and enthusiastic team that pay a lot of attention to details! We hired Architect Navid Arbabi and his team produced all the design, renders and drawings for our home reno. Excellent talent, professional, and easy to work with.

Started to work with this firm earlier 2017 on a 3rd floor addition project for a century old heritage home in Toronto. The experience so far has been great! The chief architect demonstrated in-depth knowledge in building code/zoning/building process/heritage constraints etc., which resulted in a smooth consultation/design/drawing processes. The lady in charge of the coordination and communication has excellent communication skills, and has always been quick to respond to our inquiries and address our concerns. The heritage committee had some special requirements on our initial drawing, and Bananarch came back with some smart ideas and got final approval from the city. Highly recommend! Bottom line is, if you want to hire a desgin/build firm whom you can trust, and who can take you through from A to B, then this is it.
