David is a true professional. He asks all of the right questions to make sure you are going to be happy with his work. His attention to detail is second to none and his number one objective is to make his customer's happy. He also is very respective of the customer's time. He showed up on time and had the drawings done in time even if they ended up taking longer than initially expected. I plan on recommending David to anyone looking to start a home remodel or construction project.

When we started, thinking about remodeling our full basement, we were not thinking about hiring an architect. Then as we realized we wanted to maximize the use of our space, we decided to get an architects help. David cam highly recommended from his former employer Board and Vellum and we reached out to him. Thankfully, he took on our project even after we threw him a curveball of our desire to turn half of the basement into an Airbnb. He is a great communicator and has great vision into seeing the potential of a blank canvas (in our case our bare basement). He came up with several drawings for planning the space and explained the nuances of each. The end result was exactly what we wanted and he made sure to work within our budget for the project. Going into our major basement remodel, we were not thinking about hiring and architect but now the project is complete, we consider ourselves lucky to have found David. David worked with us on a major remodel of our 1930's brick colonial. He was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns and provided thoughtful and creative solutions when we encountered design challenges.
