Design Everest is simply the best company to work with for any architectural work. I recently worked with this company for my project in Bay Area. It was amazing experience. They expedited my plans & finished it well before the deadline. They made themselves available to me for any comments from the County. They explained the whole process very well from the beginning. Tushar was very responsive and professional. He helped push my projects with structural team. I think I found the best architecture team for all my projects moving forward. I would highly recommend Design Everest to anyone.

This design company is absolutely horrible. We entered contract with them in September 2021 for a simple kitchen remodel and 4ft. wall push out, well here we are 7 plan changes and 18 months later and STILL our plans have not been passed. Absolutely pathetic. The whole job should have been completed fall of 2022. Aĺl I hear from them is "we're sorry". They should have that on their website banner.

Woodcliff has been working with Design Everest on a couple projects for a few years now and their communication is top notch. In Silicon Valley, where everything is fast paced, Design Everest delivers a quick turnaround and clear directions on our structural and engineering needs. Lokesh provides detailed feedback for all of our projects. Jessica is very prompt with responding back to emails. Their cost is definitely higher than other structural engineers we've used, but we look forward to developing a strong business relationship with them.

I have for years wanted to convert my barn into ADU in back of my house. I never could find anyone in my small town who could design it. My contractor referred me to Design Everest. Design Everest, Mayank Sharan and his team could have not been more professional, thorough, and patient. They helped me create the design and submitted it to the planning and building department. We had many set backs due to it was a barn conversion near the San Andreas Fault line. Maynak and his team never got frustrated and showed perseverance. I highly recommend Design Everest. When it is done. I will post photos.

I have hired Design Everest back in February of 2020 for an ADU/addition to my house. Since then, they have never followed the timeline to deliver the plans. They have given me multiple excuses, some more believable than others. Communication has been poor, as I was never notified of delays until I call them. You don't really speak to the people working on the project, it's always a middle person so communication just takes time. They also told me I wouldn't need a soil report, just to charge me extra when the city asked for one. Their prices might be competitive but they will find a way to charge you somehow. Now we are in January and I still don't have the plans delivered. Delay after delay (except for my payment). I'm exhausted... They did give a discount for the delay but totally not worth, I just need the job done. Hope this is helpful. Updated review - after I finally hear from out project manager, this is the response I get from him, as usual - Please note I have paid the invoice almost a month ago when he told me the plans were ready: _____"Hi Natalia, We are still working on the final set. We are trying to get them completed as soon as possible. It is taking us longer than expected to complete but I am hoping that we should be able to get these completed soon. Apologies for the delay. Best Regards,"____

I’m just a regular person who wanted to build an ADU in the back of my house for additional income. A friend referred me to Design Everest Firm. My experience with them was really fantastic. Ronak was my project manager he kept me up-to-date with everything There was not one time I sent a text or an email that he was not on it. Lothain I don’t know what else to say about him. This guy is an angel. I don’t know much about Building a house. I keep changing my mind and the patient that they show towards me was extraordinary. I did not have much contact with the rest of the crew like the t24 or the structural engineers but they all work together to help me. I’ve been in customer service business for 20 years as a flight attendant. I work first class and coach, I’m telling you my experience was definitely first class. I thought they were going to treat me differently because I’m not building a multi million dollar house or business. I felt the respect and the treatment they gave me was as if I had a bigger project. I want to say thank you to them and I hope they get a lot of businesses because I’m very happy with the drawing and their dealing with me. Margareth

I have worked with 4-5 engineers over the last two years of running my architecture firm. Sadly, I hadn't quite found an engineer that was a good fit for me. After working with Design Everest on 3-4 different projects in the last few months, I've been really impressed. They have a clear pricing structure, thorough drawings and calculation packages, and excellent communication. They have taken the initiative to drive project progress and work well with owners and consultants. Highly recommend if you need any structural work done in the Bay Area!

Our Architect directed us to this company for structural drawings and plans. I have to say, in the entire process of purchasing a home, coming up with architectural plans for a remodel and then translating into structural drawings, Design Everest was head and shoulders above all the parties involved. The PM (Nanak) was prompt, on top of the details and very responsive. He proactively flagged any delays and hold up in schedule and followed up with updates on status and any feedback from the city or engineer throughout the process. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, promptness and efficiency.
