Who We Are Eagleview Construction is a full-service design & build home renovation contractor based in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. With over a decade of experience in high-quality home renovations, we’ve perfected our Signature Process, which allows us to complete our projects on-time and on-budget. Eagleview was the perfect fit for our home renovation project! We have a 100 year old home that we wanted to restore and from the get go, they were professional, knowledgeable, and treated our home like their own. The whole Eagleview team demonstrated excellent communication as our project went on. Their expertise was helpful as we adjusted our design plans, made finishing selections and wanted our real life home to match the home of our dreams. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our experience with Eagleview. We have already recommended their company to friends as well as planning our next project. :)

We are extremely happy we chose Eagleview Construction for our century-home renovation. We renovated the entire main floor (kitchen, new flooring, stairs) and our attic space so that it could be used as bedrooms. The entire team was incredible to work with; Iain with the initial design and quote; Jordan with the schedule, planning and day-to-day asks; Katie with the design ; as well as Ben and the other workers and contractors. We renovated “during the time of COVID” and even though we had a delayed start, the process was seamless. The communication was top-notch. If we had a question, we knew we could talk to anyone of our contacts and get an answer. We received weekly emails (which we miss) that contained what happened during the week, what to expect the following week and if there were any decisions from us to be made. For change orders, everything was explained clearly and in detail. The quality of the workmanship was incredible. There were a few nuances with renovating a century-home, like walls that aren’t straight or square. The crew had such an attention to detail to make walls look straight and for tile to line up properly. We appreciate everything Eagleview did in our home and their amazing contractors. When the time comes for our second floor renovation (master suite and bathroom remodel) there will be absolutely no hesitation in contracting Eagleview Construction to complete the work. Thank you again Iain, Ben, Jordan and Katie and all your workers and contractors – you choose the best to work with. You made our home dreams come true and we honestly can’t wait to work with you again!

We chose to do a gut and total internal renovation of our home with Eagleview. After the first meeting with Iain he followed up with a very detailed plan including costs and timeline. This was a $200K plus commitment so needless to say, we were nervous at the start. Iain truly demonstrates there’s no such thing as a dumb question. Very accommodating . We moved out, rented an apartment and put our stuff in storage. All based on the timelines for completion of the project. Approx. 3 months. There were many details that had to be covered off during the reno…paint, fixtures, lighting, plumbing the list goes on. Their design team was always available and in constant communication for what decisions had to made and when. They had ideas, input and ordered everything. Outstanding really. We got a weekly report of what is in the pipeline for completion…always accurate. I had to visit the site everyday because I’m nosey…every Eagleview person or subcontractor was willing to talk and are very good at what they do. Can’t really say enough about them. The timeline was very important as we had the apartment and storage unit. The whole thing went according to plan and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. It was incredible to me that there were no issues and they actually did exactly what they said. Even after the main reno, there were a few small details that Iain addressed immediately . They stand behind their customer service pledge. The overall experience was an affirmation that it is possible to do a headache free reno! Thanks Eagleview!

It is hard to say enough good about Iain, Ben, Katie, Kendra and the Eagleview team. We did a complete renovation of our house and couldn't be happier with how the work was done from estimate through completion. Any questions we had were answered quickly and we had complete confidence in the work that was being done. They even provided detailed weekly updates which listed what had been completed, what was coming up and the relevant decisions that we would have to make (with deadlines). We have already recommended Eagleview to many people and will continue to do so without reservation - they were excellent.

We absolutely loved working with Eagleview Construction for our home renovation. We were incredibly nervous going into our reno project as we had never done anything this major before. Working with Eagleview made the whole process easy and as stress free as a reno project can be. They knew our timeline and worked hard to keep it to the timeline we set out for the project and they also knew our budget was tight and we were incredibly impressed with how close to the initial estimate the project ended up being. Compared to other stories we have heard, our experience was wonderful. I would highly recommend Eagleview. On top of all of that, their work was exceptional. It has been four months since their team completed our main floor renovation and we still love it. If you are debating who to work with for your reno, seriously give Eagleview a try. They are patient, friendly, thoughtful, work hard to stay within budget and time constraints and just do exceptional work.

We are extremely pleased with the kitchen/main floor renovation Eagleview did for us. We were really impressed with their professionalism and knowledge from our very first meeting. We had several contractors out initially, and Iain had ideas and saw things that all the other contractors missed. Their communication was fantastic and they laid everything out for us in a way that was really easy to understand and follow along (budget, timeline, list of what we needed do, recommended vendors). The entire team was friendly and very helpful. They were easy to get ahold of through email or text, and promptly replied. They were really easy to talk to and we always felt comfortable bringing up any concerns or issues we had, which were addressed immediately. The project stayed on time and on budget. They even worked through a long weekend to make sure everything stayed on time. Their quality of work was incredible, and the finished project was beyond all of our expectations. I truly cannot say enough great things about Eagleview. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We loved them so much they are starting a family members project shortly.

Eagleview was amazing to work with. We absolutely love our new kitchen. The whole team was great to work with. The project stayed on schedule pretty much the entire time (I think we were like a week late because I had scheduled the appliances later on, but that's it!), and exactly on budget (no surprise bills!) Ben and the workers he hires all take pride in doing quality work. He really cares about doing things right and always made sure that we were happy with everything, and if I was being picky, he took that to heart and just fixed anything up right away! We never once felt uncomfortable with any of the workers in our house, everyone was easy to get along with. Communication was also awesome. I was able to just text Ben directly or email Katie and either would get back to me usually within the hour, even after-hours when I didn't expect them to reply! Overall, very happy with Eagleview and will hopefully be hiring them in the future for more work in the house. They're an awesome team and do an amazing job!

They went over and above our expectations. They were very easy to work with, the project came in on time and budget. We cannot recommend them enough to anyone!
