Century Home with a Contemporary Update
Winner of WRHBA S.A.M Award for Most Outstanding Kitchen (up to 2000sqft) 2019.
This beautiful century home was in need of some updating, while still maintaining the existing character. Prior to the renovation the home was small, dated and dark. By removing the load bearing wall separating the kitchen and formal dining room, we were able to expand the footprint of the kitchen to flow into the dining and living room. On the second floor we completely renovated the main bathroom, creating a spacious and unique wet room. We got creative with the use of space, and pulled underused space from the walk-in closet of the neighbouring bedroom to make this beautiful wet room possible. The space was finished with delicate gold accents and a stunning quartz countertop matching the rest of the house.
