These guys! Where do I begin...They saw me through a very difficult project and from day 1 they were attentive and professional. The challenges were many but this company was always very responsive no matter what the city threw at us. Before hiring this company, I was in a rut for six years with a "permit consulting" firm. I was warned early on to hire an architect and let the architectural firm handle the permitting process, because it will go faster and smoother, but I thought certainly a permitting consulting firm would be able to push our permits through faster. I could not have been more mistaken. Once I hired ECCO to take over, the process moved lightening fast. They managed everything from resources to dealing with the city permitting office.
