I have had the good fortune to have Josh, Tom and the Evolve team work with me and my family to create living environments in multiple cities that far exceeded my imagination and expectations. Their ability to take a raw product and solicit from me and my wife our personal tastes and use them as guide posts while bringing innovative and fresh ideas was remarkable. Their follow-up and constant communication gave me great comfort and made me feel like I was their most important customer and our project was also the most critical they were working on. I always felt that they understood what was important to me and were skilled at bringing us new and creative ideas to elevate the finished product well beyond anything we could have imagined. The Evolve team made what would normally be a very stressful and intimidating process, fun and a very positive experience!! And their results are EXTRAORDINARY!

The artistic creativity, quality of work and professionalism of all with whom I interacted at EvolveResidential is unparalled in excellence. Josh Linder presented and implemented a vision for my condo which complements, reflects and even enhances my personality !!! All vendors were outstanding. Each one was prompt. All work was completed as scheduled. Impressive attention was given to the smallest detail. The electrician, painter, delivery men and wallpaperer were meticulous. I am more than ecstatic with the furniture and onjects of art that Josh Linder chose. He insured I was aware of and agreed with every step being taken. Outstanding team work is an integral aspect of he success of EvolveResidential. And I was always made to feel part of the team with my opinions being attended to and considered. Working with Evolve was wonderful from beginning to end. And I now have a condo more beautiful than I imagined it could be!!!

Vision presented overall was a rough sketch without color pictures. End result did not come together without a color depiction nor a sketch of the actual placement of items. The decor/furniture they ordered arrived damaged at times and took months to replace or was left at our house for us ultimately to fix or live with. Also, recommended a contractor that did a very poor job (crooked shelves, new doors that were cut incorrectly and damaged, plywood cabinets installed). Evolve did not properly supervise nor take any responsibility for the quality of work. Project went past time by over 4 months.
