HQ Construction & Supplies, Inc.

Had the pleasure of working with Ed and his team as my basement required some water damage reparation. He took the time to explain and educate on the process step by step, allowing for peace of mind during these renovations. Would happily work again with HQ construction and supplies in the future.

I cannot recommend Houzz enough; I’ve already told all my friends and family that they can count on Ed and his team to get the job done! I had a basement Reno that needed to get done ASAP so that I could get new tenants in. I can’t begin to express my gratitude for Ed’s professionalism, speedy communication and attention to detail. He made the whole project go so smoothly. Thank you again!

We had a great experience working with HQ Construction & Supplies during the consultation and planning process. Ed was professional, attentive, and took the time to clearly walk us through the options and details of our project. Communication was excellent throughout, and we really appreciated the thoughtful approach. Highly recommend HQ Construction & Supplies!

Ed and his crew transformed our dated basement hallway to the 2020's, they were within their projected cost estimation, and professional in every aspect - they listened well to our vision, they followed through and were meticulous in every finishing detail, they were respectful of our use of space when they finished each day, and went above and beyond to design and create a safe, removable stair rail to suit this dated basement for moving furniture in/out. As a team, they were a true delight, personable, respectful, insightful, and above all provided exceptional workmanship. We would highly recommend.

After having such a great experience with HQ Construction renovating our main floor last year, there was never any question who we would call when it came time to finish our basement. Once again, Ed, Nikko, Chris, and the entire HQ Construction team exceeded our expectations. This was a large and detailed project that completely transformed our unfinished basement into a beautiful extension of our home. The renovation included a custom laundry room with beautiful built-in cabinetry and quartz countertops, a stunning entertainment wall featuring a linear electric fireplace with a stone surround and floating mantel, luxury vinyl flooring throughout, refinished stairs, custom hidden access panels, new doors and trim, modern lighting, fresh paint, and countless finishing details that all came together beautifully. One of the things that continues to set HQ Construction apart is their communication and professionalism. Ed kept us informed throughout the entire project, answered every question promptly, and was always willing to discuss ideas and make sure we were comfortable with every decision. Renovations naturally come with unexpected situations, but we always felt they were handled honestly, professionally, and with our best interests in mind. A special thank you to Nikko and Chris, whose craftsmanship is truly exceptional. Their attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the renovation. From the custom cabinetry and fireplace feature wall to the flooring, trim work, and finishing touches, everything was completed with precision and pride. They treated our home with respect, kept the work area clean, and were a pleasure to have around throughout the project. What impressed us most was their commitment to quality. If something wasn't exactly right, they took the time to make it right. They never rushed the finishing details, and it shows in the final result. This is now the second major renovation HQ Construction has completed for us, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor they can truly trust. Their workmanship, communication, honesty, and dedication to customer satisfaction are second to none. Our basement has gone from an unfinished space to one of our favourite areas in the house. We couldn't be happier with the final result, and we're incredibly grateful to Ed, Nikko, Chris, and the entire HQ Construction team for bringing our vision to life. Thank you again for another outstanding renovation!

I highly recommend HQ Construction. Ed and his team and subcontractors are very skilled, conscientious, respectful and go above and beyond to surpass their clients’ expectations. I am very pleased with both the process and the results. The quality of the work and my positive experience with HQ Construction has prompted me to be a repeat client and to recommend them to my friends and family. They are exceptional!

Another wonderful renovation by HQ Construction! This was our fourth! Chris and Nikko are an absolute delight to work with and take incredible care to create a terrific result. They made my vision a reality. And Ed provided quick, courteous and thoughtful responses to any and all questions I sent to him before, during and after the project. We could not be more delighted with our beautiful new powder room!

This is our 2nd large reno project with HQ Construction & Supplies. We redid the main bathroom, powder room and kitchen. Demolition was completed while we were away, I was pleasantly surprised to come home to working bathrooms and our kitchen was completed 2 weeks after we returned. Ed, Chris and Nico are wonderful to work with. Their work is top quality and professional. We are thrilled with the final product, our house looks brand new.

We found HQ Construction & Supplies through Houzz. They were one of 5 contractors that we spoke to. We had a certain budget planned for the work we wanted completed and a tight timeline (work completed before Xmas). Work included, an overhaul of our second floor, a new Master Bathroom, hardwood floors, updated staircase, painting, lighting, etc. We had a visit to HQ Construction's showroom, where we were able to see the quality of their work, and reviewed 3D drawing proposals of the planned work along with pricing estimates. Once we gave HQ Construction the go ahead, they started right away. Ed, Chris and Nico were hardworking, professional, have great attention to detail. We are so pleased with their work we are looking to start work on our 1st floor in the new year with HQ Construction. I have also recommended them to several other people looking to do renovation work.

I had Ed from HQ Construction Supplies return for another job- entire condo had not been painted in 20 years. And then with very dark paint. Ed and his team brightened up the entire space! He also replaced two closet doors with two sets of bi-fold doors, since the closet door is made it a very tight space to get in and out of the closet. They fit great and work well. I'm hoping to redo the kitchen next summer and again, I will definitely be using HQ construction again. Anyone looking for a contractor that can do pretty much anything, I still highly recommend Ed and HQ Construction Supplies.

Bathroom Update, Marble Shower Repair & Stonework Restoration We recently hired HQ Construction to paint and refresh our guest ensuite bathroom and install a new vanity with sink and quartz countertop. The results are fantastic, and the ensuite looks bright and updated. Ed and his team were also able to diagnose and repair a hidden leak in our marble shower, which had been challenging to identify. Their expertise and attention to detail really stood out. We are also very happy with the stonework repairs at the front of our home. The stonework around the flower garden, and the front steps and entrance were all restored beautifully. The team’s workmanship was exceptional, and the repaired areas blend seamlessly with the original design, enhancing our home’s curb appeal. The crew was professional, punctual, and respectful, keeping us updated and leaving the space clean at the end of each day. We highly recommend HQ Construction and would not hesitate to use them again.

We recently hired HQ Construction to renovate the main floor of our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The scope of the project was extensive and included a full kitchen remodel, new hardwood floors in the living room, hardwood and new spindles on the staircase, a custom built-in cabinet in the living room, all-new baseboards, new pot lights throughout the kitchen and living room, and painting of the entire main floor—including the foyer and bathroom. One of the most impressive aspects of working with HQ Construction was their outstanding communication. Ed, our general contractor, was incredibly organized and always kept us informed. He was responsive to our questions, proactive in addressing any concerns, and made sure everything stayed on track and on time. We also really appreciated the 3D rendering provided before the project began, which allowed us to clearly visualize our design decisions. It made a huge difference in planning and helped us feel confident moving forward with our choices. A special shout-out to Nikko and Chris, whose craftsmanship was exceptional. From the fine details in the kitchen to the staircase, flooring, and custom built-in, their work was precise, clean, and beautifully executed. They treated our home with care and brought a high level of skill and professionalism to everything they did. The entire HQ Construction team was respectful, reliable, and focused on quality. The end result is a beautifully refreshed main floor that truly feels like a new home. We’re beyond thrilled and highly recommend HQ Construction to anyone looking for a top-tier renovation experience. Thank you again to Ed, Nikko, Chris, and the rest of the HQ Construction team!

We had then back!! So grateful to have these wonderful men help us improve our home. This is the third big project they have done for us. Meticulous work, helpful ideas and very satisfactory outcome. This time, they designed and built storage in our small garage and added a segment to our railing at the front of the house (plus a few other small projects). In addition, these men are so nice. We look forward to having them back for more projects.

Ed and did an assessment of my needs which included accessibility items, He provided estimate of the work to be done, and although it was not the cheapest (close), Ed and his team's professionalism led me to select HQ construction. Extras added were very reasonably priced. The work was actually done earlier than expected. Amazing! I will definitely be using HQ construction again - hopefully in a couple of months. Anyone looking for a contractor that can do pretty much anything, I highly recommend Ed and HQ construction.

I had the pleasure of working with HQ Construction & Supplies Inc. to re-do my basement bathroom. The transformation was nothing short of spectacular, and HQ provided amazing service, with a level of attention to detail that truly set them apart. Ed and his sons brought a level of creativity and craftsmanship that completely exceeded my expectations. They meticulously thought through every aspect of the project, allowing for plenty of creative input while also showcasing their incredible design expertise. From the very beginning, Ed's vision for the space stood out, the attention to detail was impeccable, from the elegant tile work to the luxurious fixtures, making the space feel like a spa. Ed and his sons were respectful, professional, and meticulous throughout the entire process, ensuring that every step was done right. They transformed my outdated basement bathroom into a spa-like retreat, with every detail carefully considered and executed. HQ went above and beyond to ensure that every step was executed to perfection, making this project an investment that was absolutely worth every penny. The final result is not just a bathroom, but a beautiful, relaxing sanctuary that I can enjoy for years to come If you’re looking for a team that combines exceptional craftsmanship with a keen sense of design, I highly recommend HQ Construction & Supplies Inc. for any home renovation project or for anyone looking to elevate their home with exceptional, thoughtful work.

My project was a full makeover of the ensuite bathroom. From the first consultation to the end of the project, I felt Ed and his team listened to my interests, suggestions and questions and were favourably responsive. They offered helpful recommendations and provided high quality products. The work was completed in the time frame given to me prior to me confirming the contract. The quality of the work is excellent. I am very pleased with the work and service and therefore, the finished product. I highly recommend HQ Construction.

I approached HQ Construction to complete a restoration and renovation of my basement, after seeing their work at my friends' house. I was impressed from the beginning when Ed came and discussed the project with me. He provided a detailed estimate and payment schedule that matched my insurance claim. He listened to what I wanted, provided sound advice and made every effort to find the right materials for my project. His crew, especially Nikko and Chris, executed the plan skillfully and meticulously. Their attention to detail is exceptional. They were very considerate, minimally intrusive and always maintained a well-organized workspace, leaving my home in good shape at the end of the day. I appreciated that Ed and his team communicated frequently and clearly. They were also very gracious about accepting 'add ons.' I have already recommended HQ Construction to two of my neighbours. I recommend them without reservation. It was a pleasure to work with them and their work exceeded my expectations.

We did two bathroom renos with Ed. As first time house owners, we had no experience undertaking a reno. After hearing nightmare stories of contractors, I was generally wary of taking on a reno project. From my very first call with Ed, I feel it really cared and I could trust him. He gave us client references who I spoke with and had wonderful things to say about him and his crew. Ed hand held us through the whole process. He was very patient with the million questions we had. He’s very detail oriented and thorough. He gave us computer renderings of the reno plans which was very helpful in visualizing the final product and making changes - we made many along the way and Ed was very patient and accommodating in incorporating these. Great communication and he was always just a call away. The workmanship of Bryant (the installer) and Ed’s boys is top notch. They were in and out in 1 week! I have attached before and after pictures here of our main bathroom - we love our new bathroom; it is a thing of beauty! Go with Ed - you won’t be disappointed!

Wow, the whole team at HQ Construction are top notch… superior service; quality and care all around. A family business that truly understands the needs of their customers, I’ll recommend they to anyone. Thank you Enverga’s …. Nate

This is our third project involving Ed and the team at HQ Construction. This was fairly straightforward - replacing damaged (pet stained) carpet in an upstairs suite in our bungaloft. The only complication was we had a lot of "stuff" in the living room and bedroom. We packed up all the small items in bins and moved them to a large bathroom. Then Ed and his two wonderful sons moved furniture from the living room to the bedroom and bathroom while he living room was re-carpeted. A large sofa and chair were left in the room and the installers were able to work around those items. Wen the living room was done, then the bedroom was tackled and before we knew it both rooms were complete - in less than one day! A day to prepare and a day for install - how great is that! You can count on Ed for personal attention to your issues and great supervision so the job is done to your satisfaction! I should add that prior to this, we had a problem with marks on our kitchen ceramic tile floor that Home Depot caused during a recent fridge delivery. Ed an his boys cleaned the floor and removed the marks when Home Depot and the delivery company didn't know what to do. They are great problem-solvers! Obviously we highly recommend HQ Construction for quality service at a reasonable price!

Ed and his sons really listened to what I wanted done to my two bathrooms, creating designs that they reworked multiple times. I would recommend them for their creative solution making and fantastic bathroom design work. Thank you guys, for your patience and professionalism!

We have been in our current home for over 20 years now. The house was very dated when we first moved in. Needless to say, we have had many upgrades and remodels during this time. We’ve had some really good experiences and some absolute nightmarish ones. These projects have put us in the “what you should expect from your contractor” experts’ category. Finding HQ Construction on Houzz with their many high praise reviews, we had Ed come over to consult on our latest project. The main upgrade was the den and surrounding entrances. We had an old brick (eyesore) fireplace that needed to be remodeled as well as resurfacing 2 interior entranceways, replacing 2 interior doors and 1 garage door, a new floor and closet doors in our front entrance, painting with new baseboards throughout and 2 new master bedroom closet doors. On the first day, Chris and Nikko came up to me introducing themselves and shook my hand (a good sign of things to come). Every morning, they would put out the tarps to protect our floors in the areas they were working. Every evening as they left, they would pick up the tarps and put everything back where they found it. They tried very hard to respect our home and mitigate dust as much as possible. Of course we were in the middle of a heat wave, so closing the vents and switching off the A/C was not an option. Everything from furniture to open areas to another room were covered or sealed with plastic. Since there were many small projects all over the house, there was construction everywhere except the kitchen and basement. They never assumed anything always asking what our preferences were for details such as the types of baseboards, where to place the door pulls on the closest, etc. They would offer their advice and always made sure we completely understood what was happening. A little over three weeks of having our house taken over by construction could have been very stressful. Ed made sure the suppliers kept to their shipping schedules so our project would be done on time. Chris and Nikko both displayed their skills of the trade. Always an attention to detail and you could see the pride they felt that came with the final outcome of creating a quality new living environment for their clients. We cannot stress enough that HQ Construction is a top tear quality company and highly recommend them. It is comforting to know we have a company to call for our next project.

We had HQ CONSTRUCTION provide more home improvements in our house ! Our third time for having Ed and his team over. Why? Because HQ Construction does Fabulous work, timely, expert and precise. Ed provided artistic advice, which was so helpful ! He communicated with us all through the process, and came daily to ensure the work was expert. Our new floors on the stairs, landing bedroom and walk in closet bring a new vibrant look to our house. Thanks so much ! G&M

Ed and his team did an exceptional work in remodelling our kitchen into a modern and functional space. Ed is reliable and easy to work with. His attention to detail was beyond impressive. The work was completed on time and any questions or concerns were promptly addressed. If you are looking for a reliable, skilled and professional contractor, we highly recommend, Ed from HQ construction and Supplies Inc.

Great job. We have worked with Ed and his team for over 12 years. Very happy to provide this review. Prompt in responding to issues and well organized. Goes the extra 'mile' to make the job right. Good attention to detail, excellent at trouble shooting, always cleans-up the site and their work is of high quality. We can highly recommend.

Very professional. They completed our renovation in just over a week, leaving the bathroom clean. They worked late into the day to finish everything. They made sure we had a working toilet and vanity for the weekend. We are very pleased with the results as documented in the photographs. We would not hesitate using them again for any further projects. We would unreservedly recommend them.

HQ, Just finished a reno in our Condo, We got a new beautiful bathroom vanity. And a beautiful media wall with stone,Ed and his sons go above and beyond,And are very attentive to detail,This is our second time using HG, Would highly recommend to others. Sherri&Bob

HQ Construction completed a basement bathroom for us. They were great to work with and their workmanship was impeccable. They listened to what we were looking for, designed a concept to match and built the design. They were very friendly, professional and trustworthy. Would recommend them to anyone.

This is a second project that HQ Construction & Supplies Inc has completed for us. Once again, we were extremely pleased with the communication, workmanship and timelines throughout this project. These individuals are professional and a pleasure to work with.

We worked with Ed and his team for two bathroom projects now. We are very happy with the high quality work. Most recently, Ed installed and tiled our master bathroom shower. We are very happy with it; it looks great. Just as important, Ed made the process easy. He was upfront with pricing. He offered great advice. He was also very responsive to questions or feedback both before and during the renovation. I would trust Ed with a future project as well.

Ed and his team were amazing. Very helpful and eager to answer all of our questions. They worked on our kitchen backsplash and were very detailed oriented. We could not be happier with the results. ED and his team were punctual and worked efficiently, completed the job in a timely manner and worked around our schedule. Him and his team are very personable, they cared about our opinions and provided their honest opinion to help achieve a beautiful result. We will definitely be recommending HQ Construction & Supplies to friends and family.

HQ Construction & Supplies Inc recently completed a washroom renovation for us. Communication with Ed and/or his team was excellent throughout, with all timelines being met or exceeded. The primary installer was extremely reliable, efficient and pleasant to have in our home. All tradespeople coming into our house in connection with this job were respectful, knowledgeable and completed their tasks with a minimum of disruption. Our hope is that they will all return to complete another project.

Having Ed and his team at HQ Construction & Supplies, Inc. renovate our house was a fantastic experience. Ed and his team worked efficiently and timely throughout the construction process. Every step, from the initial planning to the final product has been a very satisfying experience. Ed and his team were always respectful, friendly and professional. Ed was in constant communication throughout the process and was always on the job site ensuring the work was completed in a timely manner with a focus on quality and detail. Ed and his company came recommended by other satisfied customers and he did not disappoint with our needs. Our house was transformed into a beautiful home that we are proud of. We are highly satisfied with the experience and final product. We would not hesitate to utilize Ed and his team at HQ Construction and Supplies, Inc. in the future, and we would recommend HQ to anyone wanting quality, timely and professional work done to their home. Thanks for everything Ed and the HQ team!

I found HQ Construction & Supplies on Houzz because of the reviews and I'm glad I did. This was our first big renovation so we didn't know exactly what to do. We knew we wanted at least one wall down to open the kitchen to the family room but didn't know how we were going to do it. Ed was fantastic. He walked us through the process and gave us options. He's always ready to answer any questions you might have and we had a lot. It was also great that he had some pictures on hand to show some of the options he would suggest. I would definitely recommend Ed.

Ed and his sons are wonderful. We discovered them on Houzz and decided to go with them based on previous reviews and how they conducted the quotation session. They are perfectionist and I feel like they went above and beyond my expectations of what I envisioned the finished job to look like.

Ed and his team did a complete rehaul of my former student-house kitchen from 1959. The results were spectacular, and beyond my expectations of what I thought could be done with this space. In additon to the quality of the work, I particularly appreciated the thoroughness of the design process. I was presented with many different options and was able to modify said options based on my own particular needs and preferences. This gave me confidence in the design decisions, as there was very little uncertainty as to what the finished product would look like. I appreciated Ed and the team's expertise and thoroughness. They were able to identify and correct hidden issues with the kitchen which became apparent when the walls/floor were opened up. This was a big project with some unforeseen complications, but it was still completed on time and according to the original design. Ed was great about keeping me in the loop and regularly communicating as the project proceeded. He was always quick to reply to any questions I sent him. I would highly recommend them and would certainly call them in the future.

Very professional, perfectionist and meticulous contractors. They made sure everything was clean after they were done for the day. They were also great at giving advice on what work best and really knowledgeable. Thank you Ed and the boys for the wonderful renovation of my bathroom.

Ed and HQ have gave us the bathroom of our dreams. We had an idea, Ed helped us see that idea and executed it perfectly. Ed and his team were polite, on time and kept the site clean while they completed our bathroom. I love our bathroom and will recommend them to my friends and family. I will also be hiring them again for our future projects.

Ed, his sons, and the rest of his team were a joy to work with, right from the start. He was referred to me with high regard by a colleague. Typically, I would get at least 3 quotes on any project that I am undertaking. In this case, the referral, plus the initial meeting with Ed, was all that I required to make a decision to move forward on my downstairs bathroom renovation. Total construction time (demolision down to the existing studs) was only 9 days!! Not only was the project done on time, but it was on budget. I would happily recommend HQ Construction for any project!!

I had a reno completed in my kitchen. Ed and his crew are absolutely amazing. They are beyond professional friendly and easy to deal with. Their attention to detail is impeccable.

Dealing with Ed & HQ was great! Ed refuses to do less than a top quality job. We needed a two piece bathroom on our main floor. Nico’s computer design showed us the best location and, with his illustrated options allowed us to optimize features. The design included valuable features that other bidders did not include and Ed’s price was less than his competitors. HQ materials were high quality and his crew were top notch. Ed was present on-site daily to observe progress, direct future work and act as liaison between us and his crew.

Ed his two sons were so professional , efficient. Everything was done to perfection I would recommend them anytime they make you feel.like family while.doing the job and making sure it is exactly the way you want it. Thank you again I love what you all did for us and you will be hearing from us very soon.

Very friendly and professional, High end quality product. Nicely finished. Suggested options for planning.. Great clean up. Many compliments from friends. Thanks Ed and boys.

HQ Construction are a great company to work with! On time and on budget! Working with Ed and his design team was amazing! They took my vision and brought it to life! Building through COVID was mostly a nightmare except for the cabinet instal! I would highly recommend! And there was one minor issue that was resolved quickly. After the kitchen we moved on to designing a custom pantry and closet for the front foyer. Once again, it turned out exactly as I had incisiones! If you want good quality at a reasonable price, and relieved o time, I highly recommend HQ Construction & Supplies. Jo-Ann Savoie

Made good on their promises 1) picked up 4 toilets that I had ordered and paid for at Home Depot and delivered to my house 2) installed all 4 toilets in 1/2 day 3) took away old toilets and the cardboard boxes new toilets were in 4) stuck to quoted price 5) very professional and friendly

We had the greatest experience with HQ Construction. Ed and his team have exceed our expectations not just on delivering us a well functional basement kitchen but also they are outstanding in customer service and managing our expectations. They guided us from start to finish. From design, materials to use, coordinating work schedules, subcontractors, and everything else in between and involved. I've gone through 7 contractors asking for a quote. All of them came back to me with either a piece of paper with a price of the job or a quote through facebook messenger. I was told that to get a formal quote we edd to make a downpayment or deposit. I think me and my husband are easily judged by our age. We're a young couple and contractors sometimes think we're just scouting and so we're only a waste of time. This is the difference we felt when we first met with Ed. He treated us with respect and always remind us that we are the owner of our own home. That we should take pride of what we put in it specially because it is a significant investment. HQ Construction is very transparent, prompt and responsive. Their pricing is fair and aligned with the rest of the quotes I got. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their home! Thank you so much. We wish you and your company greater success now and in the future!

Excellent and professional job!! Highest recommendation for renovating kitchens and we love the outcome. We are super happy about the new renovated kitchen. Thank you HQ.

The job is great. They are very professional. I loved working with him. Very much comfortable with them. I will recommend them

The service was prompt, friendly and of great quality. We had some glue marks that were noticeable after installation and they were very prompt and friendly in returning to deal with the issue. My only negative was a misunderstanding in the base we required for the installation we required for the island countertop.

Ed and his team did an entire main floor renovation for my family. Throughout the entire process he was reliable, punctual, transparent and approachable. He stuck to our budget as well as the promised timeline. The outcome was exactly as he outlined in our drawings/estimate. We are so pleased with the final outcome and will be working with him again on future projects. We highly recommend HQ Construction & Supplies Inc.

I used HQ Construction to supply and install my new kitchen, and I could not be more happy! I regularly work with different contractors and trades through my business, and I am well aware of the different tiers of service out there. Ed at HQ and his workers were extremely professional, responsive, and helpful. One of the best contractors I have ever worked with. HQ can definitely be trusted to provide quality service and top notch workmanship. I would recommend HQ Construction to anyone seeking reliable and quality work. Thank you Ed!

I am beyond pleased with my new counter tops!! Ed made this experience wonderful. He was very professional and advised me with ease. The install and finished product is amazing!! 5+ stars for HQ Construction & Supplies!! Thank you to Ed and his team!!

This was the first time working with Ed + HQ he did my countertop and backsplash and will recommend them to anyone looking for kitchens, basements, washrooms, etc. Ed and the team at HQ are extremely friendly, easy to work with and professional every step of the way. Ed makes himself available for remeasurements and adjustments to design at any time. Once the project is underway, Ed sticks to timelines and keeps you apprised of any modifications that become necessary. I cannot recommend HQ enough, and the quality of the finished product speaks for itself. Thanks Ed + HQ looking forward to working with you again in the future.

I am in love with my kitchen! Ed was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and made the whole process easy and fast. My renos were not going according to plan before contacting Ed. He worked with my budget and put together a plan and was able to deliver ahead of schedule. I’m so happy with the way my kitchen turned out. Thank you Ed!

I have worked with Ed + HQ twice now, and have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for kitchens, basements, washrooms, etc. Ed and the team at HQ are extremely friendly, easy to work with and professional every step of the way. The 3D modelling done in the showroom gives you a clear idea of what the finish product will look like, and Ed makes himself available for remeasurements and adjustments to design at any time. Once the project is underway, Ed sticks to timelines and keeps you apprised of any modifications that become necessary. I cannot recommend HQ enough, and the quality of the finished product speaks for itself. Thanks Ed + HQ for our second kitchen, looking forward to working with you again in the future.

Tile floor: grout cracked and make a terrible noise walking over floor that happened immediately and worsened over time, uneven, sharp edges with a porous finish that traps dirt. Kitchen Cabinets emit strange odour, poor install, uneven spacing, not real maple wood. Be very careful, get all DETAIL's in writing.

Over the past year, we've done two renovations with HQ Construction & Supplies, and I can't say enough good things about Ed and his team! For this review, I will focus on our most recent renovation of our kitchen. Right off the bat, Ed and Rowena were awesome at our consultation - patient, knowledgeable and full of great ideas! And using their design software we were able to get a really good sense of what our kitchen would look like in the end. During that planning phase, I had a LOT of questions and suggestions, and both Ed and Rowena responded quickly and in a very friendly manner to every single text and email! What I love about Ed is that he really listens to all my ideas (even the unconventional ones) and if they are possible, he makes them happen. He has an open mind and truly respects what his customers want. The work was completed on time (in just three weeks!) for a reasonable price, and all of the tradespeople who worked on the project were professional, pleasant and extremely skilled. The end result is truly the kitchen of our dreams and we are so very grateful! It was such a great experience that we are already pondering our next project with HQ Construction & Supplies, which we will likely tackle sometime in 2023!

We had a new backsplash put on by HQ Construction which included taking down the old, putting up new drywall and then the new tile. Ed and his team did an excellent job. The workmen were tidy, personable and professional. We are very pleased with the new look to our kitchen and will consider HQ Construction & Supplies for any future renovations.

HQ was very professional and helpful with any questions , they did an excellent job in a timely manner , very tidy , clean and pleasant to have in house, would hire them again and recommend to anyone looking for a hard working team

I found Ed to be trustworthy and paid attention to detail. Also, he went above and beyond to fill my requests. Ed did my kitchen three years ago and now my bathroom. I love them both. Ed was always available to answer any questions I had. I will use him again for any future projects and would recommend him to my family and friends.

My wife and I purchased our first home 21 years ago and we just recently decided it was time to upgrade our dated, builder grade kitchen. Ed and HQ Construction & Supplies Inc. was recommended to us by a family member who just used them for their kitchen reno. We were very impressed with their kitchen and viewed some more of his work here on houzz.com and we decided to make the call. Ed was extremely kind on the call and despite being approx. 60km from his showroom, he committed to make a visit to our place the very next day. Fast forward a few weeks later, Ed and his team put together 4 extremely detailed designs for us to view. Being our first major renovation it was amazing to see what Ed came up with and the possibilities we had to create our dream kitchen. The modeling software used was incredible and really gave us a clear vision of what our kitchen would look like once completed. We picked our favourite design and gave the job to Ed. Ed provided us a detailed timetable of what would take place and when. Now this is the part that I have to say exceeded our expectations. When Ed said the plumber or Electrician would be on site, they were there at the time he said. Cabinet guys will be there on Saturday at 9am, sure enough they were there at 9am. I can't tell you how important it was to us that the project stay on schedule, let's be honest any renovation is an inconvenience and you don't want it to go on any longer than it has to. I feel like Ed takes the scheduling aspect very seriously and was always communicating with us. Ed called us one day and advised there was a delay with the countertops. They were stuck in the port of Vancouver due to all the congestion issues. I work in the Freight Forwarding industry and I know very well the challenges in the market right now. Until the countertops arrived in Toronto, Ed provided continuous updates on the status, when it was on rail, what the ETA in Toronto was and when it actually delivered to the warehouse. I joked with Ed that I could probably get him a job as a freight forwarding operator as he clearly is good at it. Plain and simple, Ed is a reliable guy, you hear too many horror stories in this industry and with an investment of this size you just want to be able to trust someone. The finished product is everything we wished for, actually looks better than I could have ever imagined. I won't hesitate to use HQ construction for any future projects and I will not hesitate to recommend ED to my family and friends for the renovation needs.

I had a great experienced working with Ed. I was very satisfied with the work that he has done. The quality of the cabinets is very good. I’m happy with my new kitchen.

We have downsized from a large kitchen to a very small dated one. We contacted Ed through HQ Construction and Supplies as he had been highly recommended to us by a friend. We were not disappointed. Ed had creative ideas to make our new kitchen more functional. Reno's were very timely and all of his team were professional with great attention to detail. The results were excellent in all areas and they always cleaned up thoroughly at end of day. Ed was on site and in communication with us constantly. We were prepared for delays because of Covid but the project started and finished as scheduled. We love our new kitchen that looks amazing and provides the much needed cupboard and counterspace that was missing. Our experience was very positive and we highly recommend Ed and his team at HQ Construction and Supplies Inc.

The project was the installation of a basement bathroom / laundry room, and the quality of the work completed exceeded our expectations.

We love our new kitchen! This is our first major renovation and Ed was so helpful and professional on the process. He help us design and choose the cabinets and countertops to make our kitchen looking fabulous and modern. Great job!

This was a beautiful renovation on our 2 bathrooms. We were very impressed with Ed and his team. Ed took his time with us in choosing fixtures and items for our bathrooms and dealt with any questions very quickly. We did enjoy the diagrams on the computer of our bathrooms as we could see the end results before construction. Bryant was very skilled, a very hard worker and finally helped us with some of our design. We will be in touch again when we need further renovations done. Thanks so much.

I would like to take the opportunity to highly recommend HQ Construction and Supplies to do any renovations in your home. I am very happy with the transformation of my kitchen, excellent work. Thanks Ed.

Outstanding! Ed is a very professional contractor. His attention to detail is outstanding and he aims to please in all he does. Ed and his crew replaced 20-year carpets, installed new hardwood stairs, and designed and constructed a 5 piece ensuite bathroom. Several years ago, Ed remodeled our kitchen and we were so happy with it, I didn't think twice about hiring him again for my latest upgrades.

Doing any type of renos through Covid have been challenging to say the lease. We had sourced our kitchen cabinets at several locations and none could meet our timelines. On the first meeting with HQ Construction & Supplies my husband Paul was instantly impressed with Ed. I had met Ed on a subsequent visit and worked with him on designing our space. He did follow up calls (unheard of) did check ins and sent modified drawings at each stage of design. I would not hesitate recommending Ed or using him on other projects. He is friendly, professional and sticks to his timelines (unlike other suppliers and service persons). If needing a new kitchen, strongly consider using Ed and his team at HQ Construction & Supplies Inc.

Look Great! Very Professional. Ed and his crew are very professional, clean and more than to please the customer! Ed is constantly checking the site and work, HQ was very helpful in plaining my bathroom renovations and was very considerate of my time and fair on price. I'm very happy with the result. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HQ CONSTRUCTION for your future renovations Thanks You Ed and the crew. Lidia V.

Ed and his team from HQ construction did an excellent job on the remodel of our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. From start to finish, Ed was involved in every aspect of the project. He offered suggestions on how to utilize each space efficiently and provided 3D renderings of the design. During the project, Ed was on site often to check in with his team. His team was professional, courteous, and paid careful attention to the details of each job. Throughout the entire project, Ed was in constant communication with us about timelines, details of the project and to answer any questions that we might have. Due to Covid, we were prepared for delays to our renovations but so we were thrilled when the project started and finished on time. Our experience working with Ed and his team was very positive and we would highly recommend HQ Construction!

HQ had offered some nice suggestions to complement the ideas we have for reinventing the space. They were in constant communications with us through every step of thew way. They we able to stay on schedule for the most part even during the Covid crisis. We are very pleased with the finished product . Good quality materials and a professional approach. We had a basement renovation to the laundry room and added an office.

We would like to thank Ed and his team for their hard work, and professionalism. HQ Construction is a great company that has an incredible response time. They are proficient, and knowledgeable.

We found Ed through Houzz and this was one of the best experiences we have ever had! Ed is professional, responsive and makes you feel like your project is the most important project he’s working on. He follows up before, during and after the project and the workmanship of his team is second to none. Fantastic experience and beyond happy with the workmanship...highly recommend Ed and his team!

Ed and his team did an excellent job redesigning our kitchen from the 60's to 2020. They made detailed changes to fit our needs and space until we were completely satisfied. He double checked every measurement on site. The cabinet and counter installs were on time and went very smoothly in spite of COVID. The installers did a great job. The final result is amazing.

HQ construction and Supplies are going to be the only company that we use for house renovations. EVER! Hard working, detail oriented, the correct person for each job, timeliness of starting the project and finishing! From meeting with Ed in his shop on Nebo Road and looking at the flooring, tiles, cupboards, countertops , to choosing the necessarys, and then signing the contract and getting started.... no delays! I have the highest regard for the quality of workmanship from HQ.

This is the second project in my home that I have had HQ work on. They are fantastic, Ed (the owner) provided us with a 3D rendering of our remodel, he was very responsive before and during the project, and he followed up on the quality of work with each tradesman he engaged for us. I have not problem recommending him to anyone for any job.

Ed from HQ Constructions is a very nice and down to earth, he took the time to visit my house 4 times to give us options and helped us make the choice. I absolutely will use his services again and again.

We had contacted Ed for our kitchen remodel last month and I was quite specific in my mind what I wanted for the countertops and backsplash. Ed and his team were awesome to work with - we were constantly kept in the loop and he was very prompt in responding to any questions, went out of his way when we weren’t sure about one sample vs another. Our kitchen looks beautiful and we’re so happy that we went with them! Would highly recommend HQ to anyone getting their home renovated.

I was about to have my kitchen done with Lowes until I was referred to Ed at HQ. Not only did I get better quality cabinets, I got much more than Lowes would have ever provided. Ed was on this project from the beginning to the end, and working with him was fun and transparent. Ed was detailed to make sure everything fit properly and the end result was fantastic. I am so happy with my kitchen and vanities provided by HQ. Be sure to consult with Ed before you consider anyone else. I would recommend HQ to anyone looking for value and quality when it comes to your kitchen and bath!!! Thanks Ed. Regards, Scott Wiles

Working with HQ was nothing short of wonderful when we gutted and installed a kitchen. An effective listener, Ed was able to answer any question we had. He is very personable. Extremely effective problem solver, always checked in with us on questions/progress/changes. Always had the perfect solution to any issues (there were very few). The best attention to detail and the aesthetics. Efficient (on time, on budget) without sacrificing quality on anything. Excellent sub trades who also efficient and did high quality work. All offered the advice and guidance we needed. Worked very diligently and left nothing undone. We will work with him again.

Ed and his team were all very professional and did excellent work. They left the work site clean at the end of each day and created very little disturbance for me. Ed dealt with any issues I had promptly and always to my satisfaction.

HQ did a wonderful job remodelling our kitchen. Their work is meticulous. All of the work was done on time and was delivered exactly like they promised. I would definitely recommend them. They did a fantastic job!! Thank you Ed, from family Lescesen.

HQ construction was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a custom kitchen designed and installed by them. The quality of the kitchen cabinets are very well made, and stunning. Working with Ed and his employees was a positive experience very professional and great work ethics. I highly recommend HQ construction.

Very professional with all aspects of project; Very good tradesmen, good quality of materials used: very easy to work with. Project completed on time and on budget.

Ed and his team were a pleasure to work with. We had a partial Reno planned of our kitchen and that did not deter their interest or attention to detail. The quote was fair and reasonable and within our budget. Ed was available on several occasions to consult and recommend plenty of options for Corian counters, sink, cabinet arrangement, and gables. Partial Renos can be challenging in terms of matching woodgrain, finish color and quality, Ed even left some matching paint so we could ensure the remaining bank was incorporated. My house was clean, all garbage removed, the team was pros and very friendly. Above and beyond, the team also repaired some original drawer inserts to ensure great function. Finally and very important, Ed spoke to me and my husband equally and clarified details, came in on time, each time on budget and cc'd us both on all information and texts. That kind of equal respect is very important to us. Thank you HQ, we are delighted.

We hired HQ construction and Supplies Inc to build a front porch on our house.... They're communication is amazing! You can contact Ed almost at anytime and reply is very quick.... He will also come to the house and speak in person.... There was a few hiccups with the front porch but Ed was on top of getting everything done properly.... After the front porch we decided to go with HQ construction to get siding and front door done.... The workers putting up the siding were polite and went above and beyond there job.... Clean up was amazing even helping us we other things (they helped us take our Christmas tree in the house!)... Front door also was done timely and efficiently.... I would highly recommended this company and I'm sure we are going to be seeing Ed and his crew alot with our other home Reno's!

We had worked with Ed on our Kitchen renovation. We had an excellent experience and our project got completed on time as we wished. will highly recommend

Our experience was very good with them. Very respectful guy the owner. I liked how he always answered the phone and the follow up. Was awesome

From selecting the fixtures and tiles to costing, to ongoing input throughout the project, to the finish, HQ Construction was absolutely top notch. The project started on the date specified and was completed in the time estimated. I couldn't have been happier! I would highly recommend this company for any renovation project. I had previously had this company install counters in my kitchen and was so pleased with that service that I chose to use them again for this larger job. Many thanks to Ed and his cres.

Ed was very helpful and knowledgeable his attention to detail with the right finishing touches made the kitchen more then we expected, all in a set time frame follow up visits along the way made the experience flow nicely even after install hiccup was addressed and resolved a professional in my opinion thx again for your services . Pat &Eleonore

I was pleased with the quality of the installation. The man in charge was very reliable & made sure the work was perfect. He was very efficient & friendly.

Ed and his team were very responsive and professional. Good discussions leading up to purchase , great implementation and support with questions.

Ed from HQ and his associates are a pleasure to work with. They are diligent, hard working, talented and do superb work. They have done multiple projects with us (laundry room cabinetry, kitchen island Cambria countertop, and crown mouldings throughout the entire house) and each of the projects were a great success. Ed is very personable, reasonable in pricing, and ensures each project is done in time in a clean and skilled manner. I can highly recommend Ed and HQ and will certainly work with him and the company again!

They renovated our kitchen. The customer service is outstanding. The company owner was there every step of the way. There attention to detail and hard work was amazing. Whenever we had questions the owner was right there willing to answer and help in anyway. They were very professional and it was a pleasure working with them.

Having had very successful kitchen and flooring renovations completed by Ed and his crew in our previous home, we turned to him when we needed carpeting in a bedroom and stairs in our new home. Ed helped us pick the right carpeting and colour and that involved some discussion as we were looking for high quality for the long term, not the cheapest option available. The carpet had to be ordered so it took a few weeks to arrive but a date was set for installation and work proceeded on that day. We were pleased to see that Ed's master installer, Chris was on the job as he was key to the excellent carpet install in our last home. He and Andrew worked as a great team and finished in a day. Ed came by later and helped me vacuum the carpeting and that was appreciated. With the remaining carpet, Ed measured up 3 closets and had custom edged mats made at no charge. This is typical of Ed's commitment to his customers - great quality, great service at an agreed upon price. We highly recommend Ed and the HQ crew for your renovation project. You won't be disappointed!

We were referred to HQ by friends who had previously used them. They were very reliable and showed up on time. Their knowledge and ideas were great and really helped us complete our renovations. The work was completed on time and we are extremely pleased with the results. They are better than we ever expected. We have already recommended them to our family and friends.

I highly recommend HQ Construction to anyone who wish or planning t o have their bathroom renovation, Two Thumbs Up!!! Thank You HQ CONSTRUCTION

I had this company install my countertop and my backsplash and what a great experience I had with Ed and his crew. He was helpful, informative and made my decisions much easier knowing I had no one else to help me. His guys knew what they were doing and did it as fast as was possible. I would definitely hire HQ again for other jobs. Thanks guys for my beautiful kitchen.

I found HQ Construction to be very professional and had a very high standard in all their work. Ed was here every day to see that the work was done to his and my satisfaction. I was concerned before I started this project about finding an honest contractor. I found HQ to be both honest and dependable. I would recommend HQ Construction and I'm delighted with my new kitchen. Thanks Ed.

I was very impressed with the quality of the work done by Ed's team. And they did everything within the projected time line.

I was glad that I found this company to do my new kitchen. Ed, was there every step of the way. From taking the old tile out and replacing them with my beautiful new ones. No.w the job is done I'm enjoying my new kitchen.

We hired HQ Company for our medical office renovations in Oct 2018. Ed was extremely helpful in choosing flooring, baseboards & other renovations. Always smiling, approachable, prompt in answering querries. HQ did an excellent job with our renovations and we have beautiful deluxe vinyl floors now with 15 yrs warranty, wooden baseboards and elegant washroom. Work was completed in a timely manner to our satisfaction. Very neat and professional work, they disposed off all the old material at reasonable cost. I would strongly recommend Ed for your construction, renovations needs.

Honest hard working and on time finishes the work perfectly and clean stays in contact with the worker and client everyday! I love the professional and goes to great measure to meet your needs

If you are looking for a company for your reno project...you have found them! Ed is personable, has great follow-up, a communicator and keeps his trades and you well informed of dates, times and the task(s) that are going to be happening in your home the day they arrive. Ed takes on your project likes it's his own! He listens to your needs, wants and executes them...you will not be disappointed! We found HQ Construction by chance as we were in transition of purchasing a resale home and called him a couple of days after we moved in and Ed came right over...our project was started a couple of weeks after our initial meeting at the house. Our reno included a powder room, laundry room, master bedroom bathroom and a 4' x 8' sit-up kitchen island with beverage fridge, recycling pull out drawer, pot drawers and storage. We started in July and finished in early to mid September 2018. The wait was mostly due to the cabinetry timing (custom) but the finish product was well worth it...we are very happy with the results.

very professional and knowlegeable all trades were on time and neat my shower and vanity is like a picture also was done before deadline

Ed and his team at HQ Construction and supplies inc put in a new kitchen for us. Not only did Ed provide us with a fair price but they were quick and professional. Ed and his team were very patient with us as we decided to do the demo of the old kitchen ourselves, Ed talked us through anything we weren't sure of. We love our new kitchen and would recommend Ed and HQ to anyone.

Basement Reno..... Ed was exceptional and easy to talk to and communicate with. He did drawings for the project and we were able to customize it to suit our family. The companies that were hired by Ed were both great and somewhat disappointing. The flooring guys were amazing and by far were the best. The framing guys were really good at framing (even framed in my cabinets to be counter sinked into the wall so they didnt stick out alot. I was installing my cabinets myself and they made it very easy for me as they did an amazing job framing it for me.). But they also did the taping and mudding and this was poor quality. I had them come back a few times and it still looked very rough and messy. I ended up patching/mudding all the areas in question myself. The electricians did a great job and also installed other lighting that I was going to do on my own. Plumbing was only rough ins as I was installing the bathroom and wet bar on my own but it was very easy for me to work with. I also installed the cabinets, fireplace, shiplap wall, trim, painted and installed the pot lights (they were wired but had to cut the drywall and fit them in). I am really happy with the overall project. Ed was there from start to finish and was extremely helpful, available, honest and reliable. I will hire Ed again for future projects.

HQ Construction did a complete basement finish for us......from the ground up. We spoke to Ed about our ideas and he created a 3D plan of what it will look like. And now that we're finished, it's spot on. He provided a very detailed timeline and was in constant contact with us to let us know next steps and was on site frequently to check on the progress. He is very detailed oriented, professional and polite. His team of various trades did very good work, friendly and are hard workers. Any issues that cropped up, and there were only a few minor ones, were addressed promptly. The project was completed on time, as per the timeline. We found his pricing to be very competitive. This was our first major project and with Ed's knowledge & guidance it was fairly stress free. I would 100% recommend HQ Construction without hesitation. His company was recommended to me and I'm happily passing along the same. Wendy & John Hazell Stoney Creek

Excellent workmanship, good advice given. We had some delays on back orders of some items, that was taken care buy the owner best he could do. Very happy with final results. Ron Baylis

HQ construction and supplies were hired to build a shower and to install glass inclousure,as well as installation of a vanity countertop.

My wife and I had a difficult time finding a contractor that was willing to take on a small kitchen renovation (less than 15K). Based on HQ's Houzz reviews, we chose Ed and couldn't be happier. Ed's attention to detail is second to none! From the initial consultation to the final result, Ed was on top of the project. Thank you, Ed!

We originally hired HQ Construction and Supplies (HQ) to do a complete bathroom renovation. We were so pleased with the work, we subsequently contracted with them to do several additional smaller renovations in our home. They have a trustworthy, courteous and hardworking group of craftsmen. All the professionals that came into our home to do work paid amazing attention to detail. Ed, the owner of HQ immediately responded to any phone calls, texts/emails. Aside from a few minor hiccups (all projects of this scale will have them), they far exceeded all our expectations. We had a general idea of what we wanted, however, having no idea of the scope of these sorts of projects, we left the design and details to Ed. With each project he presented us with detailed plans. The plans outlined what work was to be done, what specific dates they were to be done, and obviously the project costs. Ed was very accommodating when we requested changes mid-project. He was also on top of every detail. I am sure we’ve all heard stories of contractors being difficult, not on time, over budget and unavailable. Ed was none of those things. We feel blessed that we found our way to HQ’s storefront. We’d be remiss not to mention several of the workmen who worked on the renovations. Bill, (we call him Construction Bill) handled so many different aspects of the projects. His finish carpentry is a sight to behold. Mark, the painter – did such exacting and beautiful work. We had our staircases replaced and he did the staining of the stairs, the bannisters et cetera. We did run into a little issue with staining the stairs, but Mark worked at it until it was perfect in his eyes and ours. Emilio, the tile installer. We are not even sure where to start. Suffice to say that we were very very pleased with the work that he did tiling the shower, the downstairs bathroom floor, our front entryway, the kitchen backsplash and the upstairs bathroom. Everyone from Ed to Rowena to the people noted above, and the electrician and plumbers, worked hard to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. The projects came in on time, on budget and above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely use HQ again and very happily recommend HQ with no reservations whatsoever. And briefly, a long overdue thank you to Ed. Thank you for your professionalism, your responsiveness, your keen eye for detail and your ability to envision what we wanted from our renovations.

We were looking for a company to do some work on our home and we found HQ CONSTRUCTION a one stop shopping contractor and are very happy we did .A reno can be very overwhelming and the professional guidance of ED made it a enjoyable experience,Ed only hires the most qualified professionals from the demo team ,electricians, plumbers and painters who will help you choose your colours .The work was done to a top notch quality . The difference in our home is night and day, that was because of attention to detail Ed demands. We have had family and friends ask if we would have Ed do other projects and we say with out a thought.YES of course. We would hire HQ AGAIN AN AGIAN

The kitchen transformation is incredible and beautiful. It was hard to imagine the projected kitchen plan, and I am thrilled with the finished product. The renovation was finished ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise.

They gave a written schedule of the timelines of each trade - demolition, framing, drywall, hardwood flooring, stairs and railings and painting and it was adhered to. Follow up was great.

We had a bathroom renovated and are very pleased with the end result. Ed and his crew were very professional, keeping us informed of the daily schedule and completing everything on time. Communication and attention to detail were excellent. We especially liked that, apart from choosing a light fixture and mirror, all other necessary selections and purchases were organized by Ed. A pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend HQ.

We like to take this time and thank Ed and his crew of very skilled and professional workers . The kitchen looks amazing we now love to cook and eat in are kitchen. It was done within budget and on time.We highly recommend Ed and his crew they worked well together and the project went very smooth.we look forward to having them work in are home on are next project. Thank you all very much. sincerely. Sue and Andy. We love kitchen.....

At first very skeptical ... but as we go on with the project , we find out that Ed , our contractor, really listened to what we want , how , what , when and why ? He is so professional addressing our needs and wanting the best and the new design and product specifically on ours bathroom . We're very happy and he's highly recommended !! He's on schedule too . So impress and very happy !

We had a bathroom put in as well as other details finished in our rec room. We had door trim, some drywall patching, and some shelving for storage added, as well as an insulated door put on our cold cellar. Ed was very accommodating and eager to please with his work. His team was very respectful and they tried to keep all messes to a minimum. We are very pleased with the work that was done and would have them back in a heartbeat if we need anything else done.

Ed at HQ was absolutely wonderful! He and his team where respectful, kind, organized, and hard working ! Ed was always courteous, available and patient!!! He gave us our dream kitchen and also ended up renovating the entire main level! He had no trouble going over and beyond... And what we loved most was his honesty! I recommend him to all my family and friends and I believe a few have called Ed after seeing our renos! Ed is friendly ... Honest... Hard working and affordable !!! Thank you again !!!

They kept me informed every step of the way. Made suggestions on how best to satisfy my remodelling needs. They finished the work on time and clean up after. The area was so clean after completion, you would never guest I had just completed a remodelling project. As for the actual work done, it was done without exceeding my budget (or the original quoted price). At the end, the work was so good, it surpasses my wildest expectation. I would definitely use them again. I have even recommended this company to my friends. I am a very satisfied customer. JOB WELL DONE.

We are so pleased to have opted to have HQ construction do our main floor renovation 2 years ago. Recently we wanted to have a little extra job done. Ed & his team were able to compete this job for us in a very timely manner. He is so organized & fit us in with no problem. The tile looks amazing & he offered assistance in design, which I could not decide on. This company is so professional & he is always there to help his former clients as well. "Five Stars" all the way !!! Thank you so much Ed. Sincerely, Anne Patti

Though we had a general idea of what we wanted in a bathroom reno, Ed and his staff drew up several computerized layouts allowing us to better establish the final design. He prepared a detailed cost estimate of the project and a workable schedule of activities for each day. His crew acquired all the materials in advance of the start date and brought everything before the first day of work so that once started, they would not have to delay. We gutted the bathroom ourselves to save some time and cost then his crew reinforced the walls, installed a new tub and tiled the surround and floor, then installed a new toilet. All wiring and plumbing was completed by skilled and licensed tradesmen. The final touch was the installation of a rolling glass door. The end result is beyond our expectations. It's been a year since installation and there have been no problems at all. We still get many complements when guests come over and get to see the new bathroom. Thanks Ed, for sticking to the budget, finishing earlier than scheduled, and paying great attention to detail. We would not hesitate to use Ed again or recommend him to others.

My kitchen counter, sink and faucets were very out dated and needed to be replaced. I had a fairly modest budget to work with but wanted stone counter top and undermount sink. HQ were able to meet all my expectations. At all times the contractors were respectful, meticulous and always showed up at the time given. The finished product has completely changed the appearance of my kitchen. I am very impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of this company and have recommended their services to others.

We wanted to update and renovate our ensuite bathroom last year and we searched around for a reputable company to do the work. We found HQ Construction & Supplies and when we went to get some information and consultation Ed was very helpful, courteous and friendly. He had an array of floor and wall tiles and vanities and we liked that he had staged bathrooms on site. Once we chose our colours and supplies, Ed promptly provided quotes and a reasonable timeline. During construction, he was diligent in maintaining a clean environment and made sure that the area was tidy when the workers left. He came every day to inspect and make sure the work was on schedule and done accordingly. When a times a few problems arose (hidden pipes) Ed was quickly to respond and explain the situation and the detours that needed to happen. We were very happy with the outcome.
