As an architect I have worked with ICF custom homes on two projects. I found ICF to be among the best residential developers I work with in many years. Their work is crisp, nicely crafted, compositionally superb, and done with professionalism. I have visited many of their earlier houses and found them to be likewise wonderful and handsome.

Updated... our project completed around 4 months ago and we have been super impressed with quality of the finish. ICF hit budget and timeline which of course is most important... however they did it with keeping our style in mind. We get nothing but complements on the finished product. Every detail seemed to come together and we super appreciate the professionalism of ICF. Great to work with a builder with a personal commitment to making sure owner is happy with the finished product. We are half way through a build with ICF and they have just been excellent to work with, but I will of course up date when the job is complete. This is our third build and 2nd custom build so we have some experience with the build process. Hands down Tom and Rob are best at what they do. I honestly feel they are building our house as if it was their house. You want a builder to: * have an extreme attention to detail * be up to date on the latest building products * know the latest building trends * be mindful of budget * bring creative ideas to the table * tightly manage all sub contractors. Rob and Tom check everyone of these points and more. In particular, I am struck by how passionately they work to bring new ideas to the table while meeting our budget. Really a great professional team to work with...

We were very pleased with the results of our total remodel with ICF Custom Homes. They were careful to communicate with us on all phases of the project and were personally involved in each phase. ICF Custom Homes did a fantastic job remodeling our house! Rob and Tom are extremely knowledgable and thorough and do their best to make the client happy. They are very hands on and involved with every stage of the process. After two years in our remodeled house, we hired them to come back and convert our garage to a playroom and build us a free standing garage. It was all completeled beautifully and on time.
