“We needed to have our shower retiled and hired a sub that ended up destroying both shower and tile. It turned into a complete overhaul of the shower. We needed new walls, new pan, almost new everything. We called Wil and had his team come give us an estimate. We already knew they were a reliable company because we had worked with them in the past. It wasn’t a hard decision to make to hire them but using laticrete with their lifetime warranty sealed the deal. Once they got started they worked very quickly. I had chosen zellige tile for the shower walls and it’s not an easy install but the tiler is simply amazing at his job and it ended up even better than I imagined. It means a lot to me to be able to trust contractors and subs in my home as a stay at home mom with young children. Everyone that came through was friendly and trusting and also clean! It’s not necessary but just an added bonus when everyone cleans up after themselves. Everyone worked full days and showed up when they said they would. After 2 major projects with Wil and his team, I would recommend them again and again. They are efficient, they communicate well, they have design vision, and I know they would never charge me unfairly or be dishonest in their work. Those things combined are almost unheard of in the contracting world. This company is truly unlike any other.”

“We contracted with Sardone-McClain to update the interior of our 1970s ranch. The Reno consisted of 75% of the total structure, including a new master bath, a new and expanded kitchen, a new laundry room, and moving a bed/bath from tkhe back of the house to the front. The entire Reno took six months and we had to move out to an apartment. Including the design phase it was a 16 month project. Sardone-McClain was a simply perfect partner throughout. Their designer patiently took us thru every option from island design to cabinet hardware. She had a unique ability to translate our vision into reality. The construction phase went incredibly smoothly. Sardone’s relationship with its contractors ensures quality work done on time. Our on-site project manager was present everyday and ensured quality and communication. The job was completed on time and we were involved every step of the way. After completion, Sardone continued to stand beside their work, promptly addressing minor cosmetic issues and providing us with a home of which we are truly proud. I would say Sardone-McClain went above and beyond but truth be told, they were simply exactly who they said they were. After meeting with several firms, it was clear that they're not all on the same level. Chris from USI stood out. His grasp on luxury remodels shone during our interactions. He even showed us a home he'd renovated just two miles away, witnessing the impeccable work and speaking to the satisfied homeowners sealed the deal. Despite COVID-19's disruptions, Chris ensured our renovation kept its pace, navigating the supply chain challenges. The once-troublesome wall now flaunts our wine column flanked by the paneled column fridge and freezer. Family cookouts have turned into delightful experiences, with our new layout accommodating everyone. Our pool bath, once gloomy and unwelcoming, has been transformed into a luminous sanctuary. The transformation wasn't restricted to these areas. Our living space, dining area, laundry, and staircase also got a makeover. The Craftsman-themed staircase is a highlight, tying all spaces together seamlessly. Kudos to Hugo, a member of Chris's team. His craftsmanship aligns with Chris's dedication to excellence. It's evident Chris works with only the best. Aesthetically, we desired a twist on the classic Craftsman. With Chris's insights, we've blended cool blues, greens, whites, and greys to craft a home that feels undeniably “us” yet retains a timeless charm.”
