My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

James worked closely with my wife and I to design our beautiful and functional lakeside summer home. We were and are very pleased with the results.

We retained James to help with the total renovation of our tired and low quality loft unit. Without hesitation, he attended the loft space, discussed our ideas as well as provided some initial feedback. He went back several times to measure up and also explore the space, where the light was best, the best placement of the bedroom and how we would most enjoy and use the living room. He developed a floor plan, sought board approval and helped us hire our first contractor. He also helped us pick out all the interior finishes. The result is a light filled open modern space with room to grow. Thank you James!
