We have had the pleasure to work with with James Frank , the founder, his son Paul and now his grandson Thomas on both new and remodeled projects. We were really pleased with James Frank Construction. In the past 10-15 years, we've had several projects done at our house with good contractors but Thomas, the superintendent on this project, was easily the best communicator we've dealt with. He kept us updated so we knew when to expect the work to start and finish. And his estimate was spot on. We actually finished the project slightly under budget. We are really happy with their work.

Thomas Frank has managed the repair and revitalization of our mid century bathroom and replacement of our old whole house natural gas generator. In both instances he acquired several quotes from specialists (many with different approaches to solutions), and scheduled work in a timely fashion (that fit our personal schedules). Work was reasonably priced. Difficult to diagnose issues (cause of odors in interior walls) were found and repaired. He visited our home in advance of all work whether performed by his skilled staff or subcontracted. We will continue to work with Thomas and James Frank Construction as the relationship has exceed our high expectations.

Thomas has been extremely helpful. A lot of coordination of busy sub-contractors is an art, and James Frank Construction performed admirably. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
