I am working with Justin on a new build in the City of Pittsburgh Lawernceville section. Justin has been super responsive and has brought his unique architectual vision to our design process, resulting in a home design that hits all of the critical items we specified while also being efficient and buildable. Building in the city has its challenges, but Justin and team did a great job adapting to those challenges and helping us navigate the process.

I worked with Justin Cipriani on an extensive remodel and he was the best. I had selected him over many other architects because his design aesthetic (modern and organic) matched mine and I had met him previously and just liked him! I couldn't be happier. He's not just a great architect but also a professional with high integrity. His renovation team is stellar and while most people have horrible renovation experiences, I didn't! Mine was great. Several years ago we decided to put a rather large addition onto our home. The addition was 400 sq ft. with a full basement and an attached raised concrete patio all of which would require access to our backyard pool area beautifully blending with the existing structure. Justin Cipriani of Cipriani Studios is by far the best modern contemporary designer in Pittsburgh. His eye for architecture and design can not be surpassed. His work and projects speak for themselves, not only in the City, but suburbs as well. I helped market and sell his project at 560 Aljo, and he was able to create something that would sit perfectly in a suburban neighborhood, and stand out just enough, while still fitting in with the tone of the other homes on the street. Making sure that his clients are happy at their set budget is very important to him, he will work with your budget and proposes fantastic ideas to adjust things based on cost. He also has a huge knowledge base on different materials, costs, and quality. We hired Justin design our new dream home from the ground up. Justin was patient every step of the way and very understanding of our architectural goals. After completing the design, Justin personally delivered the permit set to the township code department. We expected months of questions and pushback from the township. To our surprise, we received our permits within a week with no questions and only some reminders to adhere to code. All aspects of the design (from grading plan to structurals) sailed through the code department. We interviewed three other architects before deciding to hire Justin. We would do the same again.
