The goal with The ​Cliff Homes was to deliver something understated that fit into a conservative brick neighborhood but with clean lines and modern flair.

The final project features two attached residences, each with 4 beds and 3.5 baths spread over 2,600 SF, and large roof decks with views of the Strip District and North Shore.
