Knight Doors and Windows

I have worked with Night & Doors multiple times over the years, including a full window replacement throughout my home. The work was completed to a high standard, communication and follow-up were excellent, and I have had no issues in the seven years since installation. Recently, I chose them again for a new front door on my bungalow. The process—from measurement to ordering—was efficient, and I am currently awaiting installation this summer. I have recommended them to others, all of whom have had similarly positive experiences. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Waylon and his crew of amazing workers are wonderful. From the day we contacted Waylon, he addressed all the things we needed and in a very calm and understanding manner. The doors and window we had installed look absolutely more incredible than I had anticipated. The installer Joe and his crew were efficient and meticulous about every aspect of the installations, going above and beyond. The ladies in the front office are also very friendly and easy to communicate with. Our doors and window even arrived and were installed a full month earlier than Waylon had quoted us, which in this day and age is a huge win. Please anyone looking for any type of door or window replacements make Knight Door & Windows Ltd. Your first call. They will not disappoint.

It’s pretty pathetic that when I call and ask whether they have any thing in stock for sale that I’m told to go check out their website ! What a great way to build a new relationship with a customer. Anyone who is too lazy or just can’t be bothered to answer the most basic questions about their products doesn’t deserve my business !

Purchased windows for our bunkhouse from Knight a few years ago and were very happy with the price and quality so we returned to them when we needed to upgrade our side door. Todd's expertise made everything really simple and his installers did a great job. The difference is unbelievable when quality windows and doors are installed properly - as opposed to original build.

We recently had new exterior doors installed and I can't say enough about how happy we are with the expert advise we were first given by Lance, when discussing our decision to purchase them. The color/swatch that I had picked is BANG ON. The quality, workmanship and finally the installation of the doors was 100% to our satisfaction. Being a very fussy person who strongly believes in what you pay for is what you get, Knight Doors & Windows definitely went above and beyond our expectations.
