We hired Kraftmasters to renovate our bathrooms, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the start, we appreciated their creativity and meticulous attention to detail. During the planning phase, they introduced thoughtful design ideas we never would have considered on our own. Given the age of our home, the project involved significant challenges—like moving plumbing and adding a new shower—but the team handled everything with skill and care. They also resolved a long-standing issue with a narrow doorway that had previously limited us to a very specific washer and dryer size. Thanks to their solution, we now have a standard-sized set, which has made a world of difference in our daily routine. Working with the Kraftmasters team was a fantastic experience. From the design phase with Rebecca—who made countless trips to the tile store to help us find the perfect color—to the skilled craftsmanship of both Bills, who framed and finished everything with precision, every step was handled with professionalism and pride. They have a network of expert tilers, plumbers (Danny, Moon, & Mike) and electricians (Chris) who even updated our outdated electrical panel, adding safety and value to our home. Now, with two full bathrooms (from 1.5), it truly feels like we’re stepping into a spa every day. A heartfelt thank you to Bob, Julie, Rob, Chris, Alexandra, and Steve for your guidance and support throughout the process. We highly recommend Kraftmasters for any renovation needs. QUALITY, CRAFTMANSHIP, HONESTY, ACCOUNTABILITY, TIMELINESS These are just a few of the words that come to mind when describing Kraftmaster Renovations. I've heard so many horror stories from friends about their home renovation experiences. From shady contactors and shoddy work to delays and poor/no communication, I've heard it all, which made me extremely reluctant begin the process of renovating our home. This was certainly NOT our experience with Kraftmaster; in fact, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Simply put, Kraftmaster is TOP-NOTCH. They essentially renovated our entire home in 3 months. They stuck with the timeline, were very communicative throughout the process, and worked relentlessly to meet our needs. Chris was our project manager and had full control of the schedule at all times. It was seldom that they veered off the timeline, and this was thanks to Chris' great organizational skills. Vicky was our designer and was extremely thoughtful and creative with the utilization of our space. She took our visons and made them a reality. Bob, Julie, Steve, Alexandra and the rest of the team were all so pleasant to work with. I'd 100% recommend them and will certainly be using them again for any future projects!

We had a fantastic experience working with Bob, Vicky and Kraftmasters team on our kitchen renovation. From the very beginning, we appreciated how they presented us with three different design and layout options. This gave us a clear understanding of what was possible in our space and helped us make informed decisions that felt right for our home. The quality of the work was excellent and exceeded our expectations. One of the standout aspects of the project was how well the team managed the timeline—everything stayed on schedule, which is rare and so appreciated. At one point an added issue arose and the team stayed extra hours to ensure that we stuck to our timeline. Whenever any issues or questions arose, they were addressed immediately with thoughtful solutions and a genuine willingness to collaborate. Communication was exceptional throughout the process. I was able to reach out to Bob, Vicky and Chris directly at any time, and they always responded with openness and care, making sure we felt heard and supported. Even after the project was completed, I had a minor issue, and the team came out right away to resolve it—no hesitation, no hassle. That level of follow-through and professionalism truly stood out. While the project wasn’t inexpensive, it was worth every penny for the level of service, attention to detail, and peace of mind we received. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend the Kraftmasters team to anyone looking for a high-quality contractor.

Our project ran seamlessly and on schedule. Big shout out to the team: from Chris our project manager, Vlad the carpenter, to Robbie, Alexandra and Steve, and, the plumbers and electricians -it was a pleasure working with the whole team. Biggest shout out to our designer Rebecca for helping us design an amazing space and make fantastic selections!!! My husband and I purchase his childhood home from his parents and knew we wanted to update it to fit our needs. We had about 4 contractors come in and give us their pitch and knew immediately that we felt that Bob and his team were the right fit. It felt like family. Bob doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear at the time, he gives you realistic pricing and his opinions to get the biggest bang for your buck. KraftMaster is a one stop shop from design efforts to trade work. The online tool they use to follow the projects progress is so easy to use! Kraft was great at communicating from start to finish. If I had a question or concern at any time I would text/email the project manager, Chris, and he’d respond immediately. Chris and team kept the project on schedule, even with a few small set backs in product ordering, the project was completed within the 12 weeks that was originally estimated. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the final outcome. We plan to do an addition on the house in a few years as well as some other miscellaneous projects and will absolutely use Kraft again. They produce good quality work. A quality reno isn't cheap, but for a one stop shop and piece of mind they’re worth it!

Kraftmaster did a spectacular job on our complex kitchen renovation. As a software development manager, I appreciated their use of software to manage the project and help us stay informed of progress all along the way. Carly did a beautiful job coming up with several layout options to work with a large but complicated space, and the team helped us navigate some big design challenges like curved walls, an old original fireplace, and making our new kitchen feel connected to the design of the rest of our old house. Carly was also great fun to shop with -- it felt like picking out tiles/faucets/etc with an old friend. Their crew including Project Manager Chris, Carpenter Peter, and plumbers, electricians, expediters were all extremely professional, knowledgable, and easy to work with. Peter did exceptional work creating new trim to match the work in the rest of our first floor. There were a few inevitable delays but the calendar was always updated so we knew what to expect. We are very pleased with our jaw-droppingly beautiful new kitchen!

We used Kraftmaster primarily to renovate our kitchen and construct a new deck for our home in Chatham. What a terrific team. From start to finish they made the renovation process fun! They were a one-stop shop with a design team, architect, and all contractors working seamlessly together to help make our dream space come true. We loved working with Vicky, who helped us navigate all design choices big and small. We totally trusted her expertise and she was a joy to work with. Chris stayed on top of implementation and truly managed the day-to-day operations of the work. He wasn’t afraid to brainstorm options and handle questions that popped up in a friendly, productive way. We were always happy to see Peter, the lead carpenter, and his team at our house. They carried out their work safely, cleanly, and professionally. Alexandra, Robbie, and Steve were a pleasure to work with as well; the whole group was always responsive and ready to help us get to the next step of the project. Overall, Bob was upfront and transparent about the costs and gave us the confidence that our home was taken care of, and that we weren’t waiting for the other shoe to drop as we worked through our projects. Perhaps what we appreciated the most about Kraftmaster is the pride they take in their follow-through on a project. We have had plenty of poor experience with other contractors and are so thankful to have a reliable company that sticks to a timeline, delivers quality work, and inspires us to tackle even more home projects.

My husband and I were first time homebuyers when we closed on our house in North Caldwell last November. We were overwhelmed when we began interviewing companies for our kitchen reno (the first renovation we've ever done), however once Bob & Robbie came to our house for our initial meeting it was clear that KraftMaster was the obvious choice. Their entire process start to finish is white glove; they use technology in a way that delivers effective communication while still being very user friendly, and every single person involved was fantastic. We had a strict budget and the team really worked with us to get us our dream kitchen while staying within the lines. Our designer Rebecca worked with us on every single detail and was patient with me when I wanted to view a million options for hardware and light fixtures. Her layout ideas were thoughtful and innovative and the space was optimized in a way we never could have come up with on our own. She really took the time to listen to what was most important to us. Our project coordinator Alexandra communicated with us the entire time and kept everything extremely organized. We were pleasantly surprised when the team was able to start our project over a month earlier than anticipated and we were blown away by the precision in schedule - KM's contractors were always on time and arrived first thing in the morning; the project was done exactly on schedule with no delays. Chris and Steve did a fantastic job overseeing the site and all of the men are the best in their fields. There was not a single speck of dust in any room of the house during or after the job. Each day the construction site was left spotless. Thank you to The Bill's, Danny, Moon, Mike & Christopher for their hard work on carpentry, plumbing and electric. There were a few minor details we asked to change at the last minute and the team was understanding and patient with us. Bob & Julie run an incredible family-operated shop and we could not recommend them enough. We hope to work with them again on future home projects. We couldn't be more in love with our dream kitchen.
