During 2010 and 2011 we worked with and was guided through an extensive remodel of our home by Lanthia and her extremely competent team. At our initial consultation, Lanthia interviewed us to determine our preferences and budget. Lanthia began the project with helping us interview and decide on both the architect and contractor. Having her involved before even one nail was pounded resulted in a team approach on the entire project. Lanthia provided so much more than just interior design help. She was involved every step of the way. She was professional throughout the process and her sense of design and attention to detail were exceptional. We valued her efficient management of the entire project from start to finish. One of the most appreciated things about Lanthia is her warm and friendly personality. Lanthia truly enjoys her work and it shows! She always arrived with a great smile and lots of energy. All of us, the architect, contractor and sub-contractors loved working with her. Lanthia and I have collaborated on many projects over 10+ years, and I am always excited to start a new project with her.
