The client found a townhome in a cookie-cutter neighborhood under construction on the golf and river side of a community, with beautiful views of the Colorado mountains. Given the constraints of any changes regarding the exterior facade, the client requested integrating a cohesive traditional exterior with a vision to modernize the interiors with a definite connection.
