This house in Snowmass Village is a second home and winter ski getaway for the client. This project speaks to the elements of timelessness (not trendy) western design for a cozy Rocky Mountain feel.

The living room is part of an open space, where we incorporated simplistic meets rustic design with elements including an antler base glass coffee table and custom iron fireplace with dry stack facade. We created a vignette around the beautiful mountain backdrop that is the perfect place to enjoy an afternoon cup of tea. The kitchen brings to life the colors of the mountains with upholstered chairs in orange and chocolate fabric by CalvinFabric and a custom mural painted by local artist, Rande Price Brewer. A mosaic tile inset above the stove ties the room together. Elements of the mountains are also brought into the master bedroom with classic Ralph Lauren bedding and chair that incorporate subtle animal prints.
