The client came to us with an existing residence that needed updating and more space. The client asked that we keep it clean and simple, retain privacy, and stay on budget. We dove right in to create a new floor plan that added extra square footage and rearranged to maximize the use of the space. We created interrelated spaces that were open, central, and comfortable, and could be used to entertaining friends as well as private family time. The finishes were carefully chosen to seamlessly exist together to complement the overall design approach.
