My husband and I bought a teardown property in downtown Greenwich in 2012, on which to build our new home which was completed in May 2015. There were several beautifully landscaped houses in the surrounding area, and whenever we asked who was responsible for the design, the response was always Louis Fusco Landscape Architects. Needless to say, we looked no further, and hired Louis and his team to transform our property. We made several requests including a dipping pool/jacuzzi with fountain, a built-in pizza oven and grill, and a private outdoor space. And while this was not an easy task considering we were on a small in-town plot of land, not only did we get everything we wanted, but Louis and Paul also transformed our mud-pit into a lush, elegant, breathtaking all-season outdoor space (we're always making pizza, and the kids are in the jacuzzi even in the dead of winter). Even the tree-lined walkways leading to the back of the property are exquisite. Cleverly designed and beautifully executed, Louis and Paul's vision for our property exceeded our expectations. Working with Louis and Paul was a great pleasure, and we would never use anyone else.

Designed and oversaw the construction of a stone patio with a plunge pool and firepit as well as the surrounding gardens. Through a bidding process helped us find contractors for all aspects of the construction process. Kept track of all work being done, making sure that it all was completed to the specifications of the contracts. Also gave us advice and helped us purchase furniture for the newly created area.

I worked with Louis Fusco on two prior projects and am currently involved in a third. In the early 90's, he prepared and executed beautiful landscaping for our neighborhoods' public spaces. They remain a beautiful and much appreciated part of the neighborhood to this day. I then hired him to design and execute the landscape plan for our home. And I have often heard from our neighbors, that ours is the most beautiful home in the area. We agree! We are designing and building a new home and Louis is of course preparing the landscape design. He is gifted, knowledgeable and highly experienced. Unfailingly pleasant and flexible, easy to work with and the results are beautiful. His work has enhanced our lives.

Louis, AnnMarie, Andrea, Paul and the rest of their team are a pleasure to work with and go above and beyond EVERY TIME. They have been doing various projects for my family for over 10 years, and I have worked directly with them during the past three years. In addition to bringing high-quality, creative and practical ideas to the table, they keep us informed and sane, and seem to juggle all our requests and their subcontractors effortlessly. I couldn't recommend them any more highly. I should also disclose that I consider the Fuscos to be friends at this point, and I did some work for their family's film production company many years ago.

We hired Louis Fusco Landscape Architects to design an outdoor kitchen space that ultimately included a grill, smoker, sink, refrigerator, a privacy screen, and a pergola, as well as relocating a retaining wall and replacing the pavers/tiles. Louis and Paul were creative, thorough, patient, and responsive throughout the process, from going through a number of different design iterations based upon our input, to selecting, scheduling, and managing contractors and vendors, to obtaining a required zoning variance, to promptly answering follow-up questions about maintenance long after the project was completed. I recommend them enthusiastically to anyone working on a simiar project.

Louis and his team completed a full scale landscape design surrounding a new home on 2 acres including a swimming pool and accompanying hardscapes and structures. The design was beautiful and engaging at inception and has only grown more so over four seasons. Personally, working with Louis is a delightful experience. Professionally, he and his team are top notch in every respect. They supervised and managed every aspect of the installation including contractor bidding, selection and administration. We joke periodically about inventing new landscaping projects just so that we can work with Louis again.

Louis Fusco is an exceptional Architect with an uncanny ability to perceive what should be designed into a project based upon the existing setting and land contour. His knowledge, education, and experience of the different architectural periods is outstanding. His methodology of explaining the step by step process in implementing his vision is easy for a client to understand weather the project is a pool design or a full landscape design.

Louis Fusco Landscape Architects provided a complete redesign of our property. In the front, they drew and executed plans for a new entryway and steps, repositioned the driveway, added stonewalls where needed and created a new planting design. In the backyard they altered retaining walls, created great patio and screened porch space, redesigned the back steps, and designed beautiful gardens. They were highly professional, listened to our desires and needs, guided us in the process without imposing, were always available and responsive, suggested well qualified contractors, attended to every detail, dealt with any and all issues that arise, were patient, accommodating, professional and kind. Their expertise is of the highest level. The quality of their work is flawless.

Louis and his team can be proud of their are work. Not only do they have enlightened ideas, the execution works seamless and is cost effective. Never drop the ball.They with top subcontractors to ensure quality. Louis and Paul made our garden look beautiful and we are happy with their work. Highly recommendable.
