Louis Fusco Landscape Architects were retained to assist with a complete restoration of this Lakeside property. The new landscape was conceived and implemented to take full advantage of the adjacent lake and the site’s unique features. The design and construction administration of the landscape elements were integrated under a multi-year installation plan. The Landscape Architect continues to assist in the annual evaluation of site conditions, environmental stewardship and programmed improvements.
