WINNER 2016 Connecticut Cottages & Gardens INNOVATION IN DESIGN AWARD. Drawing on the site’s unique qualities and surrounding environment, a seamless transition from Architecture to Landscape was achieved. Originally home to a dilapidated barn, garage and building structure, flanked by extensive manicured lawns, it was the remains of an apple orchard, mature specimen trees, along with the surrounding native woodland preserve that attracted our clients to the property. They trusted their design team would create the relaxed simplicity they sought for their weekend retreat.
