Amazing team - they are building my house now. Ryan is the most knowledgeable and easy builder you can ever work with. I'm from Europe and I wanted to have specific things done that builders typically don't do, especially to focus on foundation, mechanical side, etc - building the luxury residence with a lot of glass, stylish, and designed for the future - and I interviewed a lot of builders before making my decision and I'm very happy with how things turned out. MacBuilt remodeled my bathroom, added a shower door in another bathroom, replaced all inside doors in my house, and built a bench in my kitchen. I was extremely satisfied with almost all of the projects. I was not satisfied with the outcome of the bench in the kitchen. Improper closers were not used, causing continuous complications and the finish did not look professional. That aside, I was very pleased with all the other updates. What stands out about this company is Mr. McDowell. He was always professional and efficient. He checked all work throughout and if anything was not done to my liking, he personally corrected it himself - even if he had to come on weekends. I enjoyed working with him.

MacBuilt Homes did a complete renovation of and addition to our newly purchased 1960s brick ranch. The exterior elevation is almost unrecognizable since the brick was lime washed and a new more prominent front entry was added along with gables trimmed with timbers. Inside the main level was almost completely redesigned including transforming an old fireplace into a showpiece. An addition allowed us to add a beautiful gourmet kitchen with a large eat-in area, beverage bar, wine bar and 9' island, We also added a laundry room and master suite. The lower level included adding a full kitchen and updating bathrooms to create a true in-law suite. The crew of MacBuilt Homes are so pleasant and are true artisans. The carpentry and painting in our home is excellent. Ryan MacDowell is committed to excellence in every detail and as a result our home is everything we dreamed it could be. Ryan was never hesitant to make changes or research new ideas to make us happy. You cannot go wrong by choosing MacBuilt Homes!

We hired MacBuilt Homes for a total master bath renovation. We had a valted ceiling brought down down to a trey ceiling. A beautiful shower was built and a soaking tub installed. MacBuilt was professional, very helpful with decisions that needed to be made and great quality workmanship. A complete pleasure to work with and highly recommend them.
