Design-Build Contractors & Firms Near Chamblee

“We could not be happier with our 1st floor remodel. Our experience with HomeStar was great! We had a traditional 70’s style living room/dining room with walls separating our kitchen & family room. We wanted a more open floor plan, more light, better use of space in our sunroom with a wet bar, restaurant grade kegerator, updated kitchen & an overall up to date smart house. We showed Bob what our dream layout might look like, he made recommendations and 6 months later we have a space that’s more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Bob’s eye for detail is nothing short of brilliant! My husband was deployed through the entire remodeling, I work as a nurse full time, we have an elementary school aged son & no family close by. I never felt we were just one of many projects the team might be working with. Bob, Craig & the team always made me feel at ease & never overwhelmed. They allowed my son and I to stay in the house during the remodel (not the case for 3 other companies I interviewed). I never felt uncomfortable or taken advantage of because I was the only one at home. If something unexpected came up & a decision needed to be made they felt more like big brothers helping me make smart decisions. Bob or Craig would make time every Sunday to let me know what to expect the coming week. Someone was at our house every day. At the end of each day they took the time to clean the area inside and out. I had so many neighbors mention how kind the team was & how impressive it was that our yard & house was kept so clean considering the amount of work they were doing. Bob & Craig never delay in returning an email or call. They didn’t disappear after the work was done like I’ve heard so many contractors do. As the house settled the 1st year they come by if we have questions or want them to take a look at something.”

“You absolutely must hire Figur Construction for your next project! We recently had them complete a kitchen, two baths and a basement build out and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and incredibly professional. Lowell and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were incredibly communicative, keeping us informed every step of the way, and always responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Their attention to detail is truly remarkable; they didn't cut any corners and ensured every aspect of the project was executed to the highest standards. What truly set Lowell apart was his commitment to quality craftsmanship. The finished product is even better than I envisioned, and it's clear they take immense pride in their work. Beyond their exceptional skills, the team was always respectful of my home, keeping the worksite tidy and minimizing disruption. If you're looking for a contractor who is not only incredibly skilled but also reliable, transparent, and genuinely invested in your satisfaction, look no further than Figur Construction. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will definitely be calling them for any future projects!”

“Dream Spaces came in and saved us from crooked and unethical contractor. Ivan and his team stepped in and saved my home! I saw pictures of the electrical the other contractor had left and it could have burned the house down. Every member of his crew and team are professional, from the electricians and plumbers, the team that put the apartment back together and the finishing team were fantastic! They have a true vision of what is needed to complete a quality project and were honest and easy to communicate with. I was impressed with the eye for design they have! It was a very high level from the whole crew working on this, that level was apparent from the bottom to the top of this company with everyone who worked this project. The apartment is beautiful, if you’re looking for a quality project and quality company to work with check out dream spaces, don’t be conned by crooked contractors, you will not be sorry with this company! Thank you dream spaces!”
