Margittai Architects

We enlisted Margittai for projects in our recently purchased condo in Lawrenceville. We had a complete bathroom remodel, added new lighting throughout the unit, and added a wall to create a 2nd bedroom. Very professional. We changed design and scope twice (our own in-decision) and our Architect (Kelli) was both gracious and accomodating. We can not express how wonderful it was to work with Margittai. They provided full service, including list of products and links to websites for a full bathroom renovation, reccomended a contractor, got us bids for both the original and the re-design versions of the remodel. Highly recommend.

We strongly recommend Margittai Architects in Pittsburgh, Pa. to anyone looking for an architectural firm. Over the years we have completed 5 renovation projects using the services of various architectural firms. While we have no negative comments about those projects we can state that the results were as expected but there was nothing overwhelmingly outstanding about the process or end results. In 2018 we contracted with Margittai Architects and worked with them for 2 years on a complete rehab project. During that time we often were distanced from them and mainly communicated via telephone. The end result has not only fulfilled our expectations but we were overwhelmed by their creative ideas and their insight into what could and could not be achieved given the space that we were renovating. The lead architect for our project, Ms. Kelli Orendi, was by far the best architect we have ever worked with. Her abilities, ideas, and follow through on the project were spectacular. She was incredibly easy to work with and was an active listener who transformed our thoughts into reality. Kelli was always available to us if we had questions or ideas. Her attention to detail and her oversight of our project was astonishing. We feel incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Kelli. Again, we highly and without reservation recommend Margittai Architects as the entire staff was always helpful and responsive to us.
