Bruce and Brian were amazing to work with. They listen and make your dream home a reality. This is the second home we have had them build for us. I would recommend these two to anyone wanting to build or remodel. My parents also used them for a project and loved their finished product. All of the contractors that were hired also liked working with them, which speaks volumes. Some of my favorite parts of my home were from the creative ideas they came up with. When my wife and I first met Brian and Bruce at Vision Homes we knew immediately that these people were experienced custom home professionals who deliver high-quality craftsmanship. However, I believe it was their genuine commitment to customer service from beginning to end that truly stood out as their hallmark. They hire only the best to insure that their customers get the best and they don't cut corners to save money or sacrifice quality. We felt like they were building our new dream house as if it was their very own home; Every detail mattered greatly to them throughout the entire process! It was an enjoyable experience working directly with Bruce to customize our specific architectural design plans in-house. We didn't have to go back and forth with a 3rd party design firm every time we wanted to change a room or floor plan so this was a big time saver. Brian's communication and hands-on approach managing every single phase of the new home construction process was a life saver for our busy family. He helped us stay focused and on schedule while not letting us getting overwhelmed with the hundreds of micro decisions we had to make during the custom home building process. In the end, Vision Homes not only built our beautiful, custom dream home exactly as we had hoped but they are still supporting us today (two years following completion) after most builders might have moved on to the next customer. I have worked with Vision Homes on two separate occasions. The first project was in finishing my basement and the second, in planing and building my dream home. You will not find a team that is better mix of both a quality build and unique design. They took the time to create a home that is unique, yet represents my personal style. I am extremely picky. I met with many builders and toured many homes. Vision homes is the highest quality and talent that you can find. They made the process of planning a home both fun and stress free, as I knew I was dealing with experts. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION. Update: I just completed my family's forever home with Vision Homes. If you want a unique home, not just one a a few plans, this is the builder for you. They created a plan to fit our needs and wants. The attention to detail and conviction to build quality is unmatched by anyone else in the area. They went above and beyond to make a very picky client (me) happy. I am so glad I found them to build the most expensive purchase I will ever make. I remember someone telling me that you will love your builder by the beginning of construction and hate them at the end. This could not be farther from the truth in my experience with Vision.
