I found O2 through a close friend whose beautiful 3 story modern inner city home was developed and built by Vince Oliverio of O2. I wanted similar quality and style to my single story bungalow site and decided to work with Vince after talking to several renovation builders and architects in the city. From the initial start of architectural design and obtaining local development and building permits, Vince and his team including Mike and Caterina were super easy to work with & made communication simple. Although it was a long drawn out process, start to finish took about 2 years and the actual time from demolition to built and completion took about 14 months, the end result is all worthwhile. I love my new home (all new except for old foundation and floor joists) and it was a pleasure to work with Vince and his team who help made all the design decisions and selections easy and fun. The quality of the architect, trades and suppliers used by O2 met all my expectations and is vital to achieving my dream home vision. Thank you O2!

O2 Developments built a custom home for us. Our primary contacts there were the President, the Site Supervisor and the Designer. Despite the horror stories I heard from friends and family members who recently built with other builders I found the entire process to be very pleasant and easy which is a credit to O2. They committed to completing the project in 12 months and took only 11 months despite some set-backs beyond their control. Communication was frequent and honest. One day I was driving by to look at the house in its early stages. The site supervisor asked if he could call me later. A friend who was with me and had just built a house with another builder was shocked as they had been advised not to contact their site supervisor who had been avoiding them. By contrast O2 was very easy to reach and often proactively contacted me first. I also have high praise for the quality of their work. The biggest testimonial to me was the accolades the various trades had for the other trades work when we would drop by the house to see the progress. For example, the cabinet guy couldn't believe how plumb the wall was and that he always brings a box of shims and hadn't used any yet. The exterior wrap guy was praising the brick layer, another was crediting the quality of the electricians work. O2 accommodated all of our requests and nothing was a challenge for them. Their experience in building a quality high-end home was obvious and I would highly recommend them.

Vince and the o2 development team not only design and construct quality homes, they take great pride in their work and have tremendous integrity in everything they do. Unlike so many home builders and renovators I've worked with in the past, they truly care about the the quality of their work and satisfaction of their customers. Hard to beat.

My wife and I had Vince and his O2 Developments team complete a full basement development and a few additional items in the en-suite (new wall, doors) and replacing the existing toilets in the whole house. The project timeline went quite smoothly and we were extremely happy with the attention to detail provided by Vince and the team. We purchased a finished O2 Developments home in late 2014. After looking for several years, we knew we had found our dream home the moment we walked in. My husband and I hired o2 developments to do a renovation project on a house that we had just bought. We needed quite a bit of work done prior to moving into the house, and we only had a window of 3.5 weeks. Vince and Mike were a pleasure to work with during the project. They gave helpful suggestions and they always kept their word. In addition, there were no hidden extras. The renovations were done on time and on budget. They managed to coordinate all of the different trades to come in during the short period, and everyone who worked on the house was a professional. We have just recently moved into our custom built infill by Vince and the team of O2 development.
