A full-house renovation can easily become overwhelming, but Kasief Duchan made the entire process feel organized and manageable from start to finish. As our project manager at O.T. Bay Builders, Kasief did an excellent job coordinating the different trades and keeping the project moving forward. From electrical updates and flooring installation to the various finishing details throughout the home, everything was carefully planned and executed. Communication was consistent, and Kasief paid close attention to both the practical requirements and the overall design. The finished home feels cohesive, polished, and high-end, with quality workmanship visible throughout. We really appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail and are very happy with how the entire renovation came together.

Breanna Magar did an excellent job overseeing our primary bathroom remodel. We had a tight three-week timeline before family arrived, and Breanna and her team stayed focused and organized throughout the project to make sure everything was completed on schedule. The plumbing and electrical work were coordinated smoothly, and the custom glass shower door installation was finished with great attention to detail. We appreciated how well the different parts of the project were managed without unnecessary delays or confusion. The team was professional, respectful of our home, and kept the work area organized throughout the renovation. We were also pleased that the final invoice matched what we were expecting, with no unexpected or hidden charges. The finished bathroom looks fantastic, and the entire experience was well managed from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Breanna and O.T. Bay Builders for a bathroom renovation.

Doing a complete main-floor renovation felt overwhelming, but Kasief Duchan made it feel completely manageable. We opened up walls, put down new LVP flooring throughout, and completely overhauled the lighting. Kasief laid out a detailed phase-by-phase schedule on day one and hit every single milestone. The workspace was swept clean every afternoon, which was a huge help since we were living in the house during construction. Truly impressed with OT Bay Builders' work ethic!
