The Eastland & Porter community is unable to get a response from Paragon. Within 2 years, our 11 homes are dealing with a wide range of issues. Specifically, erosion of the courtyard sidewalks, an unfinished irrigation system, extensive HVAC issues, and irresponsible landscaping.

Has one of the best, if not the best, warranty programs, and most if not all of the firm's projects have also enjoyed more than solid financial/investment performance.

Paragon builds a beautiful, top of the line home. Their team is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. Definitely people you can trust and I would recommend them to anyone.

Paragon built a house in East Nashville for us in 2012. They began in April and finished in early August, just as they said they would. It was as painless a process as it could possibly have been. We knew we wanted a house we could grow older in and asked for an elevator, ADA compliant doors, and a threshold-less shower in the master bath. Though these were things they might not have done before, they were gracious about doing them all, even to the point of framing in the elevator shaft so that the elevator company could install the machine. The house is as cosy and pleasant as it could be, and we are so happy we had Paragon build it. Their year warranty is excellent: they called off and on over the first year we were in the house to check on things, and by the end of our first year in the house, they sent people to repair or otherwise fix things we thought needed it. At the beginning of the process, I was so afraid that we'd maybe be able to find a builder that my husband could barely tolerate, but the Paragon people, from the top chiefs to the project manager to the workers, were always responsive and respectful and listened to us. We learned a lot from them, too. If we didn't already have plans to stay where we are until we're 90, we'd have them build us another house!

Working with Paragon is always a wonderful experience. They are very thorough and organized. The professionals at Paragon are excellent communicators, providing detailed instructions for their contractors. We look forward to working with Paragon on many more projects.

We purchased a home built by Paragon and moved in last fall. The house is gorgeous and really well made. The builder has always been super helpful and open to suggestions, and the minor issues we did have were addressed promptly and with a kind attitude. Aside from being beautiful, our house has already proven to be highly efficient, which does show up in our monthly energy bills. Paragon's houses have a character, and are built with care and to last. I highly recommend Paragon to anyone who is looking to buy new construction.
