This is the second time I have worked with Ursallie. First was in 2014. I could not be happier! She gave my apartment a mini-makeover (all new paint, some new furniture and new paint on my kitchen cabinets). I feel like I am in a new apartment! It is refreshing and bright and I am so much happier living there. Ursallie and her team were extremely professional and she stayed with me the entire time work was being done. Ursallie and her niece Alexis did a fantastic job organizing all my personal effects so they were out of they way and kept safe, as well as putting them back in my curios. Alexis did an amazing job organizing all of my closets! Ursallie handled everything beautifully and took so much pressure off of my shoulders. She is the best and I would HIGHLY recommend her!

Second time and still 5-star worthy!! I used Ursallie Smith of Rococo Designs in 2014 to decorate the primary bedroom, living room/foyer, and a complete kitchen remodel, and we were completely delighted. Ursallie listened to my concerns, needs, and wants, which were evident in her furniture selection and presentation. This time around, I needed a complete redesign of the primary bedroom, a refresh and update of the living/foyer, and based on the initial experience, I sought Ursallie out again. Ursallie’s professionalism and communication are still outstanding! Her ability to manage all aspects of the process is invaluable. Her eye for colors and textures is also still impressive. This time around, an error was made with the furniture manufacturer, and Ursallie definitely took the lead in becoming the voice of the client and was spot with any concerns. She took the lead in communicating where needed in different aspects of the project without having to ask. She is flexible and cares that her clients’ needs are met and treated fairly. She is a true problem solver. We thoroughly appreciate Ursallie, and she has my highest recommendation…again!!!

Ursallie is amazing to work with. She spends time getting to know each client and then works on finding the best solution within the budget provided. She is creative , detail oriented , trustworthy and resourceful. Once she presents an option she is sure of, even if it’s daring , you can rest assured , if she is confident, it will look amazing. She delivers beautiful solutions , on time and to 100pct satisfaction.

Ursallie has decorated 3 places for me. One apartment and two houses. The most current project was a Southampton Cottage that is small and lack any special look. By the time she finished it was so charming that it may be most Chic cottage in Southampton Village for sure. I highly recommend Ursallie not only for her great taste she is also a very hard worker and gets the job done quickly.

Ms Smith’s creative ideas were an important part of the redesign of my kitchen. She listened to my ideas as well and included them in the design process. Working with her was an enjoyable experience.

Ursallie was very professional and easy to work with! She provided a plethora of design options for my selected rooms and she was flexible with changes. Ursallie did an exceptional job designing the interior of my one bedroom apartment. She used color, different textures and cleverly shaped furnishings to create depth and contrast in what had been a generic white space. The project was completed on time and within budget. Ursallie is at the top of her game.
