“It’s so you”. After admiring its elegance, this is the first comment friends make when they visit my redecorated apartment. It speaks precisely to one of the qualities that has that made working with Samantha such a joy. In a remarkably short time Samantha understood my taste and the general tone and quality I envisioned for my home. Her method (as I wished it to be with me) was collaborative. I had ideas; she had better ones. She presented me with multiple options for each piece or paint color until we found ‘the one’. Samantha brought a confident eye for color, texture and proportion and she made sure there was coherence from room to room. Her carpenters, stoneworkers, electricians and painters were meticulous workers and great problem solvers. Samantha is patient, good humored, flexible, respectful of budget, creative and truly a joy to work with. My home is exactly what I hoped it would be. I could not have done it without her.

Samantha did a wonderful job on my 3 bedroom apartment. She really considered my tastes/preferences and then found ways to incorporate them in an elevated way. I'm thrilled with the space and have gotten many compliments from friends and neighbors on how it all turned out.

I have enjoyed working with Samantha immensely. I don't think I'll make changes to our home moving forward without her input, because I trust her so deeply. She brings a positive, calming presence to all projects, giving you the confidence and clarity needed to create the space you want. Samantha was the second designer I've ever worked with and she shines across the following dimensions: * responsiveness & availability - every message I sent Samantha was answered within 24 hours if not sooner. Even if she didn't have the answer right away, she'd let me know she got my message and when she'd get back to me. Her responsiveness made me feel paid attention to and made sure projects were moving forward. * taste & client preference - Samantha has incredible taste, and can bring colors together in a unique way that creates warmth, and coziness, while staying modern and relevant. She also works within clients' budgets and preferences without judgement. Whenever I was looking for a more affordable option, Samantha found it without sacrificing quality. And when I wanted to splurge or level-up, she found the perfect pieces. * multiple partnership options - Samantha offered multiple different servicing options, which I loved because I could easily involve her in all projects. For example, for our bathroom and dining room remodel she rendered 3D viewings, coordinated with suppliers and contractors, in addition to sourcing. For some of our smaller projects, like our master and guest bedroom makeovers, Samantha came for a house visit and sourced all of our materials. I cannot recommend working with Samantha enough. She is a top tier designer, skilled at up-leveling spaces big and small.

We purchased a new condo that was a blank slate and needed warmth and a personality. Samantha helped us design a gorgeous house with such personality and style. She quickly picked up on what we wanted to achieve and made recommendations particularly on color, lighting fixtures and window treatments that I would not have felt confident selecting myself but that are absolutely perfect reflections of our style. Samantha worked long and hard on this project with many challenges due to supply chain challenges and was always willing to pivot and help us quickly resolve those challenges. She's amazing!

Samantha is the bomb! She's got such a great sense of style and an incredible attention to detail. She was so helpful with our kitchen reno. I had a ton of ideas and she really helped to refine and guide me and our contractor. We're so stoked with our kitchen and the whole process was such a breeze, all thanks to Samantha!

Very personable and quickly picked up on my likes and dislikes. After downsizing I did need smaller furniture for my den but ended up having to purchase minimal pieces after Samantha placed several of my existing pieces in places I had not considered. This enabled me to keep pieces I really like and have enjoyed. I love the way she has updated furniture, lighting, rugs, fabrics, kitchen around my traditional pieces. I really appreciate not having to deal with subcontractors and their issues as she was most efficient in handling those. She was always present to direct the workmen before they started a project and upon completion of that project. Highly recommend! Pleasure to work with.

Samantha has impeccable taste and is such a pleasure to work with. She helped on several different aspects of our apartment renovations and was a true partner to use throughout. We loved her suggestions and she really understood our taste and lifestyle in her recommendations. Even with huge frustrations due to problems with the global supply chain, Samantha was a true partner to us and diligently worked with us through all of the challenges. She takes real pride in seeing a project through, and her passion for design and improving the lives of her clients is very evident in how she goes about her work. She is also so fun and pleasant to work with - we highly recommend her!

Samantha is a star! She worked so hard for so long to complete our full home renovation. I have never met someone who puts so much heart & soul into a project. The number of texts and emails that we traded, not to mention phone calls and meetings exceeded anything I ever expected. She was on top of everything… basically Samantha became the GC for the project when we couldn’t get our contractors to step up. It was a struggle at times but she never gave up and she worked tirelessly for us. I cannot say enough good things about her design talents, work ethic, follow through, kindness, patience, and leadership. Samantha went above and beyond in every way.

Samantha designed and implemented a complete overhaul of our main bathroom. And she delivered an absolute vision that we love and enjoy every day. Samantha took our preferences and ideas to heart, and elevated them with her aesthetic and keen attention to details we never would have thought of without her. From inset nooks with oxidized copper tiles in the shower, to flawless custom shelving that created the most functional and gorgeous linen closet, to thoughtful choices of every material used throughout the space--she nailed it. Samantha also provided valuable guidance related to reputable contractors and other craftsmen whose work she knew and trusted. If it weren't true, it would feel strange to say that our bathroom is a peaceful sanctuary. We often say it is the one space we wish we could pluck out and move with us into our next home one day. And credit for that goes to Samantha. Samantha and her team also designed, fabricated, and installed roman shades in our main bedroom and our living room. They are the ultimate combination of form and function, and they make each room feel special. I can't recommend Samantha and her team highly enough, and I look forward to working with them again.

Sam did a wonderful job making this process as smooth as it possible could be with very efficient timing. She holds top tier professionalism through the entire experience and never hesitated to make herself or her staff available for what ever I needed help with. Also she just has an amazing eye for detail and function. I’d recommend Native Nest to anyone.
