My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Dana and the entire staff at Sciuga exceeded our expectations. They would return phone calls, texts, emails almost always same day, if not immediately. Dana always made sure she reviewed every detail and verified our understanding. Read Full Review

My wife and I knew that we wanted to build a home that was uniquely ours and found Sciuga builders through extensive research of local custom builders. After meeting with Sal and his team (especially Dana) on multiple occasions and visiting one of their spec homes, we knew that they were the perfect match to build our custom home. Dave Manzano, who introduced us to Sal has given exceptional service in every respect, even giving us new ideas for building. They built exactly what we were looking for. From the moment we signed the contract up through the final walk-through and post-move in, the team went above and beyond to make our dream home a reality and the process along the way as smooth as possible. We can not say enough great things about this team !

When my husband and I were meeting with contractors to determine who would build our dream home, it was imperative we picked someone who was a good communicator. Dana and the entire staff at Sciuga exceeded our expectations. They would return phone calls, texts, emails almost always same day, if not immediately. Dana always made sure she reviewed every detail and verified our understanding. During some of the stressful decisions, they were never pushy, but rather offered options and gave their opinions to guide us. Throughout the process we truly felt they understood our vision. When hiccups arose, as they do with any major build, Sciuga handled it immediately. Every worker who entered our home was professional, personable, and left the job site clean and organized (sweeping scraps, piling supplies, etc.). I would most definitely recommend this contractor to anyone looking to build. You will not be disappointed!!! They will treat you as family because it is important for them to connect with everyone they work with. It is more than a business to them.
